1931 JENSEN MOTORYACHT IN ITALIA

The vessel “Cadrew” is one of the few remaining examples of the fantail classic motor yachts constructed during the Pacific Northwest’s golden age of boat building.  Cadrew is structured as a sole asset LLC which can eliminate some tax liabilities at the time of purchase. This vessel is halfway through a restoration/remodel project.  A new Caterpillar 3406 motor and new transmission have been installed and need only the controls connected to make it functional.  Lots of original hardware and fittings are stored and ready for reinstalling.
