The Voyager 40 was designed by Bill Dixon and Angus Primrose and built in 1990 by Trident Marine Ltd, in Portsmouth. Trident boats are renowned for their high standard and stability for safe and comfortable sailing, even in heavy seas. The helm station offers a protected and comfortable work area with a unique overview. All sail lines and furling systems are led to the cockpit. The engines were installed in 2021 and still have a factory warranty; in addition, the entire shaft system on the port engine was replaced in 2023.
