Bellissimo appartamento finemente ristrutturato con arredi di classe e di stile, è situato al 6 piano di un palazzo signorile, a due passi alla stazione Centrale. E' composto da un soggiorno con un divano letto ideale per una persona, insieme c'è la camera è dotata di un comodo letto e di un armadio con i cassetti per riporre i propri indumenti. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari per passare il vostro soggiorno. Punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, davvero strategica. Gli ospiti avranno accesso a l'intero appartamento, si trova al 6 piano, con ascensore, di un palazzo signorile in bella zona conservata. La zona Centrale è una delle migliori zone a Milano. Per muoversi è dotata di tutti tipi di mezzi mentre tutti tipi di negozi a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Facilmente raggiungibile da aeroporti e stazioni: - Linate: prendere taxi (20 euro e 20 min) - Malpensa/Bergamo: prendere bus fino alla stazione Centrale e pochi minuti a piedi - Verso il Centro: prendere la metro gialla in Stazione Centrale (8 minuti e 2 euro) - Do not smoke - Do not disturb neighbors - Do not destroy the furniture - Please read the doorman instructions to know how to get the keys - The check in and check out are flexible, but they have to be agreed with me in advance - For check in after 21:00 there will be maybe an extra charge of 30 euros plus 10 euros per hour (always ask me first) - In case of delay of the agreed check in time, there will be maybe an extra charge of 10 euro for each hours of delay (please be always ready to communicate) - Checkout time at 11:00am if you need more time, you must write by Airbnb to the host to check and receive writed too the time you could go out, verbal combinations with employees will not be valid. Extrapolating the checkout time could result in a fine of 200 euros. IMPORTANT: Once here in Italy it's mandatory we have to register all guests with the government. Before your check in you must send us the documents of all the guests. In case the guest doesn't want to send the documents through Airbnb, whatsapp or by email, the guest must provide a copy of the documents to deliver for the person who will be checking in at the time of check-in. The document to be presented must have at least: full name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, place of dispatch and obviously identification number (of document), as a suggestion, provide a passport. The responsibility of arranging it's yours (guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government.
