LHH For our client, a multinational company specialized in building ERP Platforms and currently going towards a beautiful tech migration process, we are looking for the: Cloud Technical Leader Responsibilities The candidate will drive and oversee the migration of the existing IBMi (AS/400) platform to a modern cloud-based infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise on IBM platform, migration strategies, and legacy system modernization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end migration process from IBMi (AS/400) to a cloud environment. - Design and implement cloud architecture solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices. - Define and execute migration strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with migration and integration. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and infrastructure teams. - Continuously optimize cloud performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and best practices. Your Profile Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in IBMi (AS/400) system migration. - Experience with modernization of legacy applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership, communication, and project management skill.
