Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Temporary - Monza e Brianza A growing multinational, a staff of over 17,000 employees. In this role, as product quality subject matter expert, he/she will facilitate the maintenance of specified quality standards and processes for cosmetics products through communication and liaison with other areas of the business and our vendor network. Vendor Quality Management Implement managed-risk processes to support measurable and sustainable quality improvement and efficiency Execute Vendor Risk Assessment program with focus on evaluating compliance and quality management in particular for exclusive product vendors and proprietary brands Develop vendor quality performance reports and drive corrective action & improvement plan discussions with vendors to improve performance across the QA process and customer experience Partner with diverse departments of Global IB Logistic and QA to identify and initiate quality assurance measures to improve vendor performance Technical Guidance & Education Effectively on-board/educate new & existing vendors and merchants on quality performance, QA requirements and processes. Provide technical support, guidance and coaching to internal and external stakeholders of the QA process & customer experience Work with the customer facing departments to provide technical support to resolve customer complaints. Support resolution of escalated quality issues/trends and provide guidance to vendor for corrective action/preventive action Remain current with industry standards and best practices, assess potential impact to the business and educate stakeholders accordingly Support the validation of product performance claims Data Analysis & Process Improvement Monitor, track and analyze vendor performance identifying trends and supporting to ensure quality compliance within product range Identify and drive implementation of QA process improvements to support speed to market & efficiency Support the investigation and actions of Health and Safety incidents if needed Product Review Review and assess product to identify potential customer or product safety concerns Provide quality-related support & guidance to Merchandising as requested during the development of new/exclusive products Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Chemistry Master in Cosmetics is considered a plus At least 2/3 years of experience in the role Experience in product review Advanced knowledge of Vendor management Advanced knowledge of cosmetics regulatory Proficient in Microsoft Office suite English: fluent Soft skills Excellent communication skills Precision Accountability Problem solving Ability to meet targets and deadlines Flexibility to perform in complex business environment Teamwork.
