Identify evaluate and assess EHS risks Maintain, review and update the EHS risk assessment document (DVR) Perform and manage the Ergonomics programs Identify the countermeasures to the health and safety in the workplace Cooperate with other functions (e.g.: Engineering, Facilities) to improve workplace condition Develop safety procedures and work instructions for the work activities Perform EHS training activities for employees (e.g.: machine guarding, emergency response, industrial hygiene, electrical safety, hazardous material handling etc.) In cooperation with the Occupational Doctor will ensure that an appropriate medical surveillance is in place Conduct injury investigation and develop root cause analysis (RCCM) Ensure that EHS action plans are updated and on track Perform EHS AUDITs in the shop floor to check and enforce EHS compliance Support the EHS observation programs (near miss, safety observations etc.) Work as hazardous waste coordinator, managing the storage and disposal of hazardous wastes and materials, in cooperation with all functions managers Report the EHS data and KPI result as requested by The Corporate into the appropriate system (Periscope) Support the plant in developing and implementing the Corporate EHS initiatives Support the company strategies for maintaining the EHS programs Inspire the site management teams by supporting and not judging or imposing Drive collaboration and create the EHS team spirit "inside" in all the functions as the primary driver of everyone behavior 3-5 years' experience in a similar role ASPPqualification University degree education or equivalent culture Good knowledge of Manufacturing processes Good observation and auditing skills Skills on leading and support cross-functional EHS initiatives.
