Enviable location: just 200m from Porta Palazzo, the ideal point to explore the center and its wonders on foot! *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The 75 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with French size sofa bed, a single bed, desk and TV - Bedroom with queen bed and built-in wardrobe - Toilet with wc, bidet and masonry shower box (one step to access it) - Small balconies in the living room and bedroom. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. The keys will be collected in our office in Corso England 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to deposit your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit. We are in the heart of Balôn, a historic flea market that houses antique dealers, artisans and collectors of value, but also simple hobbyists: we advise you to let yourself be fascinated by this market and take a pleasant walk among the Balôn stalls and its rarities at bargain prices. Near the house you will find excellent restaurants and family-run Piedmontese trattorias - just to name a few: "Ristorante San Giors", "Trattoria Valenza", "Il Cortiletto" - and various places ideal for an outdoor aperitif. A short distance away are the Palatine Doors, ancient Roman walls of access to the city (then called Augusta Taurinorum), which lead to one of the most beautiful central squares and rich in monuments: Piazza Castello.
