L’ ’appartamento si trova al quarto piano (con ascensore) di un edificio signorile nei pressi dei Giardini dell’Arena, a due passi a piedi dalle piazze e comodissimo per stazione, tribunale, ospedali ed istituti universitari, ed è composto da: 3 stanze singole, una doppia,, ampissimo soggiorno/cucina verandato, 2 bagni finestrati, lavanderia, soffitta su terrazzo condominiale e garage interno per le bici. Il prezzo per la singola è di 320€ + spese. Nell’appartamento, occupato da due splendide fanciulle e un simpatico ragazzo studenti/lavoratori, sono presenti tutte le varie ed eventuali, ovvero WiFi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, … ecc.; il clima di convivenza è super tranquillo e armonico, con un mix di condivisione e privacy Hi Everyone! From the 10th of may, we have a free single room with a double bed in our lately renovated flat. The flat (4th floor) is placed in a stately building in the city center, two steps far from the main squares and close to the train station, hospitals and University campus. The flat consists of 3 single rooms, a double one, 2 bathrooms, loft and garage for bikes. The rent is for the single room is 320€ + charges. The super friendly flatmates are two beautiful girls and a nice guy, all students/workers; obviously you can find WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and other appliances. So… we are waiting for you!
