MAGLIA MONTREAL MANIC 1981 IN ITALIA
Team attivo dal 1981 al 1983 sotto una franchigia proveniente dai Philadelphia Fury. Dopo lacquisto da parte del canadese Molson Breweries, la franchigia si trasferì a Montreal e nacquero i Manic. Sotto la guida dellesperto allenatore Eddie Firmani (già due volte campio NASL con i Cosmos e i Rowdies) si qualificarono entrambe le stagioni ai play off, venendo sconfitti prima dai Chicago Sting e poi dai Fort Lauderdale Strikers. Nonostante la grande media di spettatori (21.000, solo dietro ai Cosmos e ai Whitecaps) le pessime condizioni economiche della franchigia convinsero il vice presidente Jacques Burelle a ribattezzare la squadra Team Canada: lesperimento provocò il distacco dei tifosi indipendentisti del Quebec e la franchigia fu costretta a sciogliersi. Maglia vintage dei Manic, per appassionati della vecchia NASL e del calcio americano. 100% cotone.
