Skills required: - Minimum 5 years experience in the job, in the management of bonuses / wages and benefits, preferably coming from a structured multinational; - Experience in driving compensation, benefits, recognition and performance management, policies and processes across an organization; - Fluent knowledge of the English language; - Possess good leadership skills and ability to involve and collaborate with the various stakeholders; - In possession of excellent analytical skills, capable of having a strategic vision with a practical approach Languages: Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
