Ciao Nel quartiere S. Stefano, affitto per BREVI PERIODI, UN POSTO LETTO. Essendo lavoratore non fumatore, preferisco pari requisiti (o che non fumino affatto in casa), e meglio persone più 5 anni di esperienza nella convivenza. Il luogo è molto tranquillo e vicino alle fermate dei bus, od alla zona universitaria. Vanno aggiunte le spese per le utenze (rifiuti, luce, gas es acqua), mentre il Wi-Fi è compreso. Sarà disponibile dal 01 Marzo 2020. NOTA: c'è una cauzione. Grazie. Andrea Hi On S. Stefano quarter, I rent a BEDSIDE, JUST for SHORT PERIOD. I'm a worker, no smoker, prefer same requirement (or people don't smoke inside the flat), and better people with more years of experience in cohabitation. The place is quiet and next to some buses stops, other than university sites. You have to count expenses for utilities too (trash, energy, gas and water). The connection by Wi-Fi is included.
