PROJECT MANAGER - PROVENIENZA DA EPC, OIL &GAS, SISTEMI DI SALDATURA IN ITALIA

LHH Our Client is a high-technologically advanced international firm in the welding machinery field with an italian HQ in Milans sorroundings. In order to manage recent business expansion in the EPC field, were looking for a Senior Project Manager with welding technologies field experience. Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Management: - Manage pipeline project plans and technical responsibilities, including objectives, timelines, and resources. - Oversee the selection and procurement of welding materials and welding equipment required for the pipeline project. - Coordinate and oversee the work of welders and other skilled labor involved in the designated pipeline project. 2. Quality and Safety Assurance: - Ensure all welding work meets project specifications and standards requirements. - Conduct quality control checks and inspections of welding works to maintain project specifications and standards. - Monitor and manage project risks, resolving any issues promptly. 3. Team Coordination and Communication: - Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - Coordinate with Clients / NDT inspectors / Supervisors and team members to ensure project objectives are met. - Document and report on project progress, including status updates on issues, problems, and the quality of welding work. 4. Technical Oversight: - Ensure the use of appropriate welding techniques, materials, and equipment. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in welding technology and practices. - Provide technical guidance and support to the welding team. Your Profile Educational & Professional Background: - Technical education in the field of Electrotechnics / Mechanics / Automation / Mechatronics - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is a plus. - IWE / IWT diploma is a plus. - welding project management experience, coordination, or quality control Settore: Ingegneria Ruolo: Ingegneria/Progettazione
