Seeking a Project Manager experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines for a large-sized project in Saudi Arabia (Client Saudi Aramco). The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction of pipelines. Essential duties - Maintain relationships with Top Management of the Clients. - Attending project meetings with the Client - Ensure the correct application of the terms and conditions of the ongoing contracts. - Monitoring of project resources identifying potential optimizations. - Prepare reports, consolidating progress and highlighting areas of concern. - Monitor the overall project/s performance in terms of scheduling, cost, quality and HSE requirements. - Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability. - Identify potential contractual Change Orders and Claims. - Coordinate the preparation and negotiate with Client the variations of the contract. - Foresee clients requirements and be able to provide appropriate best solutions. - Support the Procurement and Engineering Teams.
