I worked as a live-in Au pair for over a year in Bologna and I have been living and working in Firenze for a year now. In Bologna I took care of two adorable boys ages 3 and 7. I took care of them after school, babysat some evenings, and taught English to the eldest boy. In Canada, I used to volunteer for the francophone scouts and was a scout leader for two years. I took care of children ages 7-9, organized games and activities, and went on weekend camping trips with them. Hey! How are you? I'm Delfina, i'm 20 years old, and i'm Argentinian. I'm going to Rome in late December until march, and I wanted to work while there. I'm a dance student, i'm currently studying for a teaching degree in contemporary dance, i'm in my 3rd year of a 4 year degree, so I have a quite large pedagogy formation. I speak spanish and english really well both, but luckily my musical formation gives me easiness to learn new lenguages. I'm currently learning italian, specificaly for this trip, so I'm really excited for it. I've worked with kids, but as almost every job in Argentina, it was informal. I've taken care after my cousin and a friend of hers, when they were 5 until they were 8; and also i've taken care after another 2 childen in my neighbourhood, which are now 7 and 9 years old, and with whom I've worked for 2 years now! I like taking care after children because I like the idea of shaping another person's mind, and learning with them!
