Former Minesweeper for sale. This unique boat was used as a backdrop for the Flemish film /"Allemaal Familie/".This minesweeper is a former MSI Belgian naval vessel. The boat is 34m long and 6.50m wide. The ship is furnished as a cafe and is non-motorized. The propeller shafts are present and the propellers available. The ship has 2 clean water tanks of 1200 liters, 1 /"gray water/" tank of 2000 liters, 3 septic tanks of 1200 liters, electricity installation 220V, Central control panel Bathroom - Bathtub and 2 sinks - Lower deck Toilet room Men Ladies - Lower deck Men - 2 urinals - 1 toilet - 1 sink Ladies - 2WCs - 1 sink Café area above deck - Gas stove Inverter 12V 3600W Wooden hull, Triple-layer. 3 layers with bitumen in between. The hull needs to be inspected and repaired and painted where necessary.
The hull is currently sanded on the port side, some planks show drag marks or are superficially damaged because they were covered with copper plates. The boat is built according to the triple-layer system, these outer planks are only 2 cm thick and not like classic wooden ships several cm thick, which does make any replacement easier.
About the condition of the underwater ship is not known.

Te Streep was built for the Belgian government for hydrographic survey services. Being a government vessel she has always been well maintained. The present owner bought her in 2021 with the intention to convert her into an expeditionary cruiser that could be used to explore the Red Sea coastline. In 2022 Te Streep underwent an extensive refit in Belgium. The interiors were modernized and the cabins upgraded with air-conditioning and new furniture. 6 new ensuite bathrooms were installed in the passenger area and more for the crew who had no bathroom on the lower deck. Various TVs also for the crew were installed. A laundry was added, and the navigation equipment was upgraded to the required standards. Unnecessary equipment has been removed from the aft deck which is now very variable and can be used for a variety of activities, incl. storage of a submarine, ROVs with their LARS systems, air diving, etc. The various tenders and toys make the vessel attractive also for leisure activities. Te Streep has not only the 2 original survey launches but also a large RIB with 300hp, 2 Jet skis, a smaller RIB with 50hp, a giant water slide, an aft boarding platform of 8m x 4m, and various other toys. Te Streep is a unique, true Explorer ready for new adventures on all oceans.

Designed, built and maintained by the same owner from new, Clarissa is the fulfilment of a dream. The owner wanted to create a vessel in which to cruise the world and simultaneously provide an elegant and comfortable home for his family and all those onboard. The inspiration for Clarissa came from the owners many years of experience cruising worldwide and his healthy respect for the sea. Safety, seaworthiness and structural integrity were of the highest priority.
The concept called for a ketch rig for ease of sail handling and the versatility of sail plans it allows, a strong traditional construction and powerful twin Man diesels with tankage enough to cross the Atlantic, which indeed she has done. Inside we have a spacious deck saloon with generous window area, a second steering position, bar and sofa area.
Ondeck is a choice of seating areas for good or bad weather, a well protected aft cockpit and helm station and large sunpads on both the coachroof and the foredeck.
Clarissa was constructed with Oak double framing reinforced with steel and then planked in 50mm Iroko. Only the best quality materials were used with the Iroko planks and Burma teak for the laid decks hand selected by the owner prior to it being purchased. The wood was then carefully dried and cut in Denmark before being shipped out to Turkey in a 40ft container.
The yachts construction was completed in the traditional manner of the Turkish shipwrights and overseen by the both the owner and the Danish Marine Surveyor, Naval Architect and Yacht Designer, Arne Borghegn. All works were carried out to the satisfaction of the Danish Maritime Authority.
Although not built to Class, all dimensions on the hull including frames width and spacing, planking etc. are constructed to Lloyds dimensions for a Danish fishing vessel. Calculations for displacement, righting moment, general stability, mast placement etc were also carried out by Arne Borghegn.
Sail plan, running and standng rigging were designed by a collaboration of Danish companies, Dansail for the sails, John Mast for mast and boom manufacture, Frederiksen for running rigging, car placement and again Arne Borghegn supervising all.
All stainless used for deck fittings, portlight frames, rig hardware was certified 316L and the interior wood certified Mahogany. The quality is well evident in the fantastic condition apparent today....
The owner has lavished smilar love and care on her maintenance, pulling her out of the water every year, completing a major refit in 2015, new Generators in 2017, new canvas and ice maker this year.
Accommodations are for 8/10 guests in 4/5 cabins. The full beam master cabin aftmost and one crew cabin wih two bunks also aft which can also be used as a kids cabin. There is a further guest double aft to Port. Forward are two further double cabins. Crew accommodation is for 3/5 in two doubles forward and the aft cabin with bunks.
All cabins are beautifully appointed with outstanding Mahogany panneling and joinery worked up and installed by the finest Turkish craftsmen. Each is served by individually controlled air conditioning and heating. All cabins are with ensuite bathrooms with separate heads and showers and also benefit from granite vanity tops and electric heads.

Madiz is one of a few yachts to have survived from the early 20th century, and arguably there is no other yacht of this size, age, and original standing remaining. Madiz was built in 1902 by Ailsa Shipbuilding in Troon, Scotland, and at 55.4m is the largest classic motor yacht currently listed for sale.
Madiz can also claim the title of the oldest vessel in operation to have Lloyd’s classification.
Originally commissioned by James Coates Jnr, from his friend and now legendary yacht designer G L. Watson, Madiz was intended as something of a mothership or support boat to Coates’ sizable schooner-rigged sailing yacht.
With the outbreak of World War I, Madiz was taken by the Royal Navy and she served in the Auxiliary Patrol Service. The vessel was returned to pleasure yachting in 1920 and passed through the hands of several British yachtsmen. But it was not long before she was again called to naval service.
Post-World War II, the yacht was acquired by the Hon. John North, second son of the 8th Earl of Guilford and with Madiz, he headed for the Mediterranean
In 1968, North decided to sell the yacht and she was laid up in Piraeus until she inspired Greek businessman Costas Keletsekis to become her owner. Keletsekis equipped Madiz with new engines and refitted the boat in 2003 to bring her back into class with Lloyds Register
40 years later, in 2010, Madiz was acquired by her current owners and has been lovingly cared for as an icon of classic yachting style. Whilst she has evolved somewhat over her incredible 120-year history, many original features remain
Today, this steel-hulled motor yacht is powered by two Mercedes 250Hp engines and has accommodation for 14 guests in seven cabins.
Madiz typically runs with a crew of 10 and is served by a 6m Riva Superflorida tender as well as a 6m classic launch.

A2 was originally launched in 1983 and then entirely rebuilt in 2012 with the goal of transforming the vessel into one reflective of modern design and technology. The yacht arrived at Pendennis in the spring of 2011 with the initial task being the complete removal of the vessel’s interior and systems leaving the base steel hull and aluminium superstructure. The owner appointed New York based Peter Marino Architect to design the contemporary and luxurious Owner and Guest areas. Naval Architects BMT Nigel Gee worked alongside the technical team at Pendennis which has extensive experience of stern extensions on vessels. A2’s hull was extended by almost 5 meters to 47m across all three decks, and the superstructure modified to incorporate an impressive full beam master cabin. This exterior transformation was complemented by her striking blue hull making her completely unrecognizable. A2 left the yard in July 2012 with not only her appearance enhanced but her performance significantly upgraded. She has always been enjoyed privately and maintained in absolutely first class order with long standing crew since her rebuild.
In 2021, A2 began her 10-year survey and she re-launched in January 2022 with the latest navigation equipment, a major engine room systems service, guest and crew interior upgrades, air conditioning upgrades and an exterior refurbishment including full deck re-caulk and a re-paint of the hull. A new Ribeye RIB tender was also added to complement the previously added 2018 custom Hodgdon Limousine tender. She is presently having two new generators installed to ensure she is in a ready to go anywhere condition for the foreseeable future. Above all, A2 is a timeless, classic, elegant Feadship that has been very tastefully rebuilt that will age very well

Royal Falcon One was fully designed by Studio F.A. Porsche and built in conjunction with Royal Falcon Fleet and Kockums shipyard with naval architecture by Incat Crowther. She is MCA compliant, built to Lloyds classifications and Cayman Flagged as a commercial vessel.
With a LOA of 135ft (41m) and a beam of 41ft (12.5m) she has an impressive volume of 499GRT typically found on mono-hull yachts with a much longer length overall. Themara, designed by the Scottish naval architects G.L. Watson & Co. was built according to the traditional lines to Lloyds class by Ailsa Shipbuilding, Troon, Scotland in 1962. She was previously named La Bimba, Fair Lady, Atlantis of the Seven Seas, Morning Watch and Themara. This compact ocean-going yacht has a top speed of 11.0 knots and she boasts a maximum range of 4,000 NM when navigating at cruising speed, thanks to her twin Gardner diesel engines (now completely rebuilt). She has cruised extensively in all latitudes including a circumnavigation starting in 1988. She was also a support vessel for the filming of Luc Besson’s Atlantis. Her interior has been rebuilt completely using varnished mahogany, in a timeless style, with modern details added for comfort. The galley has been renewed to modern standards, in stainless steel with new appliances.
The wheelhouse is light with good visibility, the original windows restored, and all the instruments updated. The large sun deck is equipped with a modern hydraulic crane, and an outside seating area and pilot station. Themara is now anchored in Southern France, jus beside our offoce where considerable money has been spent on refitting her to a high standard of finish.
