Due to the pandemic, the owners used the yacht for the whole of July 2020 and then stored Anna Liza G in a hanger at a shipyard in Malta. The manufacturing warranty started in June 2020. Anna Liza G is a yacht under 24m load line and was designed for long distance travel, with a fuel capacity of 12,000L and a range of 1,400 nautical miles. This yacht is registered under a Maltese Flag and VAT is not yet paid. Malta is a tax efficient jurisdiction and anyone who is purchasing Anna Liza G can benefit from Temporary Importation if they are Non EU individuals (including Brits) allowing for EU VAT not to be paid and for the yacht to be used in free circulation in EU waters for periods of 18 months. This 86 Yacht has had 2 owners since new and has been immaculately maintained by a full-time professional crew. When Sunseeker designed the very volumous 86 Yacht they wanted to provide not only very generous interior and exterior spaces, but a long range cruising capability made possible with 11,000 litres of fuel capacity and Fin Stabilisation.  This yacht is very versatile, being able to cruise comfortably & economically at 10 – 12 knots, or equally at 20 – 22 knots (or anywhere in between). The interior of the yacht is finished to a high standard in High Gloss Black American Walnut with Wenge parquet flooring through the salon and galley / navigation areas. Cream fabric sofas and 2 armchairs compliment the saloon. Forward to 8 person dining table. The owner has made up 2 fitted cream carpets laid over the parquet flooring at the aft of the saloon and in the navigation area, and the cream carpets continue throughout the lower accommodation areas. Hercules 38 DS is a Sailing yacht custom-built in good condition and available for viewing by Network Yacht Brokers in the north of Spain. Spanish Flag is owned privately. List 7a, the next Spanish inspection is in 2025, and all the documents are in good order. The hull is built in a carbon fibre epoxy sandwich.
