The EMC Engineer is an expert with more than three years' experience, who provides for the inclusion in the laboratories of Electromagnetic Compatibility of CESI Milan. He/she will take care of the testing activities and the drafting of the related reports, in accordance with the standards, corporate procedures and reference regulations. Active participation is required in the revision of test procedures and the deepening of regulations, with a view to periodic adjustments and expansion of activities into sectors (for example EMC tests in the field of e-mobility, aereospace, etc.). international fund for agricultural development ifad Job Role The People and Culture Division (PCD) is dedicated to serving colleagues both at Headquarters and in the field. Our goal is to become a trusted strategic partner, offering people-centered professional support to staff and managers alike. We focus on implementing best practice HR policies, providing expert advice, and delivering tailored solutions to recruit and develop the most suitable talent for IFADs mission. Comprising three specialized units in addition to the Front Office, PCD is committed to delivering integrated and effective solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This internship is intended for candidates who have developed a strong interest in the field of Human Resources through their academic and professional experience. For an initial six-month period, the intern will be assigned to one of the Units listed below, while also having the opportunity to contribute to projects across other Units within PCD. Throughout the internship, the intern will support both the assigned Units objectives and broader cross-functional initiatives based on the Divisions needs. Upon successful completion of the first six months, having met or exceeding performance expectations, the internship may be extended for an additional six months in a different PCD Unit. Main responsibilities: - creation, development and daily maintenance of media relations (mainly generalist and non-specialist), also taking care of drafting press releases, organising press conferences and responding to specific media requests on corporate and brand issues; - developing, implementing and managing brand communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives by defining and implementing communication plans on various channels; - drafting and reviewing content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, annual reports and marketing materials; - constant monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of communication activities and production of performance reports for management; - co-ordination of communication projects and media events ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget; - implementation and management of the daily press review system and related platform. - Supporting the internal (HR) team in coordinating and managing internal communications dedicated to the corporate population on Brand issues; - setting up a cross-functional relationship approach within the company to ensure the exchange of information with other departments (marketing, HR, sales, etc.) and to ensure consistent and integrated communication.​ Is required: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields is preferred; - At least 5 years of experience in the field of corporate communications or public relations gained either in a corporate or PR agency context; - excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Italian; - proven experience in managing media relations and producing press releases; - excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably German) is an advantage; - ability to analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies; - ability to manage and motivate a team, as well as work collaboratively with different stakeholders; - excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills; - knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
