Boat location: Wanssum / The Netherlands This VAT paid  April 2000 delivered Riva 70 Dolce Vita comes fully packed with exceptional options for an even more exceptional price and in good condition. Many upgrades after purchase by her second owner. This just is a spectacular yacht and most likely the only example sailing the Dutch waters. Due to her location she benefits of having rare extra’s as a completely new (2020) Kabola HR central water heating system that has been seamless integrated with her full air-conditioning system. Furthermore a large Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger combination with digital remote control. This last option enables you to limit the shore power to any desired value. Once you have foot on deck you instantly sense the quality and feeling only a brand like Riva can produce. Her saloon provides ample space and light throughout, a very comfy dinette is placed on starboard opposite of the luxurious helm position with teak flooring preventing dirt entering when coming from deck trough her huge side-door. Behind you find the large saloon with crème leather upholstery and a on starboard side placed cabinet packed with storage, tv, bose sound system etc. A large cabinet with the original Riva cutlery and crockery is found directly near the corridor that leads to her full beam super huge galley. The accommodation on board is a typical 6 plus crew layout in a king size double and super-sized double twin with en suite facilities.   Deck: Twin large electric stern winches are covered by a full teak cover that also can be used as stern side seats. A 350kg Besenzoni hydraulic crane is found under an electric operated lid that also houses the electric powered cable drum for the Riva’s shore power cable and little storage for cleaning items. Furthermore you find a hydraulic Besenzoni gangway in a cassette that slides nearly invisible below deck. Solid teak decks, original Riva wooden table and foldable super sturdy polished Riva chairs can convert her cockpit to a dining for eight. Under the starboard cockpit seat is the entrance to a very fancy crew cabin with twin beds, a large shower, sink and own head. In 2020 a new Waeco fridge has been installed for the comfort of her permanent crew.   Owners cabin: The owners cabin has been refitted with new alcantara headliners just weeks ago and for her king size bed a special mattress was produced. Beautiful lighted lockers are found throughout the master and a very comfortable make up table is integrated. En suite a very large head with all facilities as shower compartment, wash basin, toilet and bidet are found with the last two beautiful hidden under a grp Riva design lid. Corridor: In between Master and guest cabin the central connecting corridor is placed and also functions as super large storage for appliances as for example a vacuum cleaner and other householding items.   Guest cabins: On both port and starboard there are two ample sized guest cabins, both with own en-suite heads and identical facilities as the Dolce Vita’s Master head. Optionally the guest cabin twin berth layout can be changed to a double or even two double guest cabins. Helm position: On starboard a very well equipped helm station gives you full control of this beautiful Riva, a very nice feature is the remote control that enables full control from wherever you are. Quad digital interfaces powers the MAN engines as well as bow and stern thrusters. Although the navigation systems are a little outdated the systems work fine and give you all information you need. Imagine this Riva 70 with all new black flush mounted touch screen panels…   Galley:   The enormous fully airconditioned and full beam galley is found on the Riva’s full beam and the entrance is located on her starboard side with only 4 steps down. Very large L-shaped Avonite® worktop with double integrated stainless steel sinks with hot/cold mixer tap and a separate salt water sink and salt water tap. Bosch 4 zone ceramic HOB Bosch full size dishwasher Bosch extractor fan Bosch full size oven Bosch 5kg washing machine Bosch dryer Bosch R-Class refridgerator American supersize with left opening door Bosch R-Class refridgerator American supersize with right opening door Bosch R-Class 3-zone freezer American supersize with left opening door Bosch R-Class 3-zone freezer American supersize with right opening door Candy microwave Literally tons and tons of storage lockers and drawers. If you can’t make it in this galley, you just can’t cook…!   Fly bridge: The fly bridge comes with identical instruments as the lower helm position and is furthermore equipped with a wet-bar with sink, fridge and grill. It also accommodates a large L-shaped settee and sun chairs on the back of her fly. A complete set of covers as well as a Bimini comes with the yacht. Forget about the exterior staircase as you find far more comfortable stairs to the fly from inside.   Engine room: The true masterpiece is found below deck, her engine room! Once you enter from her electric operated entrance you will notice that time stood still. After 20 years it is still as it was delivered by Riva. It was just kept very well and very tidy. All is original except for the 2020 Kabola central heating and the new superheavy Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger.   This Riva 70 Dolce Vita is ready to go anywhere!

This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering. At the end of the 2012 season, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit at Hinckley Yachts, Portsmouth, RI/USA. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems. Grey Goose has been rigorously maintained by her owner to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. Outdated equipment has been replaced and only top of the line gear has been fitted. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the very latest generation of Swan yachts. Grey Goose has always been maintained by a highly professional, experienced and dedicated crew, insuring that she was always ready to take her whenever the owner wanted to sail. Her safety equipment has been updated this season, new life rafts, have been bought. There are several EPIRBS on board as well as Personal EPIRBS and PLB’s for a full racing crew, as the owner never compromises on safety. The boat comes with a 40Ft Container with workshop and storage capacity, a matching 30ft Dariel Tender with 600HP Mercury outboard engines can be purchased separately.

Ex- steamship now in online auction. Anyone can bid until June 19, 2023 The UNION IV is an extraordinary boat with a rich history and unique features. At 136 years old, she is a unique sight on the water and ashore. This boat has had several functions during her long life. Originally, the UNION IV was used as a steam turntable, equipped with a powerful 150 hp triple compound steam engine. Later she was converted to a turntable vessel with a crude oil glow head engine (ABC 60 hp) and then as a motor freighter on a fixed route with the same engine. In her next phase, she served as a motor freighter in free navigation, equipped with a 120 hp Moës diesel engine. Then the boat was transformed into a church ship sailing through Flanders, powered by a GM Detroit diesel engine of 165 hp. Finally, the UNION IV became a sailing monument, a combination living and working boat, powered by a 200-hp ABC 3MDX diesel engine. The boat has a teardrop-built hull, making her very fast and easy to maneuver. Her sailing characteristics are remarkable, as she always starts without problems and sails smoothly. She listens well to the steering system and can sail in reverse almost as fast as forward. The vessel has little propeller action in reverse. In addition, the UNION IV has a very distinctive sound, which makes her extra recognizable. The vessel is beautifully finished with many ornate details, and the riveted mast tube with the hoisting mast and two booms always attracts many spectators. One of the most memorable moments with the UNION IV is its restoration. With great pleasure the mast tube, mast, booms, the installation of the ABC engine and the new wheelhouse were restored. In addition, the events the boat sailed to have also been highlights. Sailing the boat to various events, surrounded by nice people and with everything on board, was a great experience. The boat always attracted a lot of interest and admiration. Today, the owner still enjoys life on board every day, in the midst of nature yet close to the city. With the sale of the boat comes also the transferable permanent mooring with all amenities. This includes natural gas, electricity (380V, 3x25A), water, a sewage connection, an 18m² Azobe decking, a 120m² garden, a terrace and a luxury guest house. These additional amenities may affect the price of the boat. The UNION IV is in very good condition and was last taken out of the water for maintenance in 2017. I custom-built this 2015 70' /"PIPE DREAMER/" for a 4 time repeat Viking owner. He is also a NJ resident and spent a lot of time with his captain inspecting his boat every weekend making sure she was built to his exact specifications and nothing was missed. He put his 20 plus years of boating experience into the build along with my personal input as well as one of the senior sales guys at Viking. This one is truly a very special built 70 Viking and has probably one of the prettiest interiors of all the boats I helped build. She is a real head turner and has been captain maintained and serviced at the Viking service center since new. A sleek aggressive look, with a sharp-edged feature line that runs from the front of the house to the cockpit and nearly 100 inches of forward freeboard. She was also one of the /"High Performance/" boats Viking built pulling almost 20k pounds of weight out by using Kevlar parts and deck house. She tops out over 41 knots and is truly a very special sport fish. /"PIPE DREAMER/" is equipped with 2,600-hp MTU M94 diesels, with extended warranties through November  2022, or 4000hours. Viking’s tough build is as well known as its ability to run fast with the handling of a sports car allows better, sharper turning and responsiveness with superior tracking.  The 70' /"PIPE DREAMER's/" speed will come in handy on tournament day, which this boat was truly built for. From her 206-square-foot cockpit and Release Marine fighting chair to her in-deck live well, mezzanine bait stowage, freezer, and more, this 70' can chase the big ones - anywhere.  Palm Beach Tower; Costa flying-bridge enclosure; in-deck livewell; Release teak helm pod; mezzanine A/C; forward window mask; Side-Power bow thruster; custom hull color paint and ceramic coated in 2020; Sea Recovery watermaker; LCD TVs in guest staterooms; Premier edition upgraded decor package; 600-gal. auxiliary fuel tank; Release helm chairs and fighting chair; Eskimo ice chipper; 46' Outrigger Rupp Big Riggs HD, 4 Spreader, Bridge Release. With the flying-bridge helm set up, the massive cockpit, and enough speed to get anywhere in a hurry, the 70' /"PIPE DREAMER/" is one of the most complete blue water fishing packages on the market.   Recent upgrades 2021 New Sonar installed by AME New screens for electronics on Flybridge by AME New Electro Sea System Boat Dehumidifier System New Wallpaper in Heads

“Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior.  She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend. With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines.  She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty! Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into  a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed. The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon. Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history. More photos can be seen, please check links for a full video walkthrough and to the interactive 3d walkthrough.

A classic Princess 20 Metre from 2000. This boat was 15 years in its previous ownership and maintained to a very high standard. The interior is all original and shows little signs of wear and in extremely good condition. During 2018-2019 this vessel has been ashore and had the whole of the top side professionally repainted to an extremely high standard. The hull band is original and in extremely good condition, not needing painting or repair. The top side repairs were due to sun damage and overcleaning but now presents better that new. The teak side decks and platform have been removed and replaced with 9mm Burmese teak, not the quick turn farmed teak which tends to be soft. During this time, the two deck cranes have new motors, dyneema lines and have been fully refurbished. Notwithstanding this there have been lots of electrical items replaced and all systems checked and put back into working order, including 15 new batteries and two battery chargers. Engines and generator have been fully serviced and new Strong shaft seals fitted. 50 meters of new anchor chain calibrated and stainless bow protectors. On the outside the boat benefits from all new sunbrella upholstery to helm seats, bow cushions and flybridge seating. Not to mention a new Bimini and aft closing kit.  This vessel is in first class order and I believe the best 20 metre afloat today. It has all the cut glass, Villroy and Boch crockery and Princess cutlery, bedding for each cabin and matching quilt covers, plus all the other usual benefits of a boat in this class. Virtually turn key and ready to go for the season.   This is a very solid well built family cruiser, ready to go for a fraction of what it might cost today for a new equivalent. I believe that if you are genuinely looking for this sort of boat, the first to see would buy. There has been in excess of 150,000.00 euros spent on her in the last 18 months and it is being sold due to a change in circumstances. The asking price of £375,000.00 is a lot less than the boat owes me and the hassle and cost of the work undertaken must not be underestimated in time and lack of use of your vessel, which has now covered a mere 1050 hours. A berth in Alcudia may also be available to anyone purchasing this vessel.
