L’account manager è un consulente HR che favorisce l’incontro tra domanda e offerta di servizi di somministrazione e permanent, offre consulenza alle aziende clienti e ai lavoratori somministrati occupandosi di: - Commerciale:  gestione e mantenimento clienti e sviluppo della market share conoscenza del database e della segmentazione dei clienti cross selling  - Reclutamento e selezione:  gestione dei lavoratori somministrati e stabilizzati  attivazione e gestione tirocini attività di selezione presentazione dei migliori candidati ai clienti monitoraggio della qualità dei candidati/lavoratori  - Amministrazione Competenze I nostri account manager di successo sono flessibili, tenaci e non temono le sfide, hanno un forte focus sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi, del budget e sullo sviluppo del business.
