Enviable location: just 200m from Porta Palazzo, the ideal point to explore the center and its wonders on foot! *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The 75 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with French size sofa bed, a single bed, desk and TV - Bedroom with queen bed and built-in wardrobe - Toilet with wc, bidet and masonry shower box (one step to access it) - Small balconies in the living room and bedroom. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The rooms are very bright and the furniture is classic. This apartment is located on the first floor of a period building (without a lift). It is spacious and very comfortable for an unforgettable Roman stay. The apartment welcomes you with a single large room, illuminated by two windows overlooking Via Sora. On the right, you will find a small kitchen, on the left there is a staircase that leads to the bedroom and to the bathroom, with a window. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, small refrigerator and finally plates, glasses and crockery for 6 people; from here there is also access to a small closet where there is also the washing machine. The living room is equipped with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a table with 4 chairs, a TV corner, two small crystal tables, two small wooden tables under the windows and a small cupboard.
