Importante realtà nel settore dei servizi e della formazione online, ricerca per implementare una nuova area di business, Social Media Manager Freelance, Grafici e Venditori Telefonici. Le risorse si occuperanno di gestire le attività sui social network, progetti grafici e tramite contatti telefonici con il potenziale cliente. Il compito principale è quello di massimizzare il contributo che la gestione di un profilo aziendale sui social media apporta al business aziendale (ROI). La loro attività è finalizzata a far crescere la presenza online dell'azienda, migliorare il brand awareness e la reputation, creare engagement, generare leads e fidelizzare il pubblico: gli obiettivi specifici variano in base ai diversi progetti e alle diverse strategie di marketing. I compiti principali sono di gestione operativa di profili, pagine e account ufficiali dell'azienda sui social network tra cui ad esempio Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram ed eventualmente anche del blog del sito web dell’azienda. Deve usare le diverse piattaforme social per interagire con gli utenti e creare una community attiva. Elaborano quindi una strategia di brand communication efficace e scelgono quali piattaforme social utilizzare per la comunicazione. Definiscono poi un piano editoriale per la creazione di contenuti per i social network, studiati ad hoc in base al pubblico di riferimento: testi, immagini, video, sondaggi, contest interattivi, campagne viral per stimolare l'interesse e la partecipazione degli utenti e aumentare il numero dei followers e delle condivisioni (social media shares). Si richiede preferibilmente: - Esperienza anche minima nella gestione di progetti di marketing e comunicazione (sia presso agenzie che come freelance); - Visione Strategica e capacità di produrre documenti strategici e contenuti; - Conoscenze e utilizzo di piattaforma Wordpress. - Ottime capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto office. - Conoscenza dei principi base di Adobe Photoshop e Illustrator. - Comprovata esperienza di gestione di campagne Facebook Ads e Google Ads. - Conoscenza e capacità di utilizzo dei principali social media, sia per la parte di pianificazione che per la parte di community management. - Ottima capacità di scrittura e copywriting strategico; Altre caratteristiche richieste: - Buon livello di conoscenze SEO, SEM sia strategiche che operative. - HTML di base. - Capacità di misurazione e reporting e familiarità con l'email marketing e con almeno un sistema di invio e gestione newsletter. - Buone doti di comunicazione telefonica per vendite di servizi e assistenza clienti.
