Elegantly designed inside and out by Bannenberg and Rowell, MOON SAND benefits from both the iconic lines of her predecessor and the modern flair of her own design, which provides an abundance of volume. She is packed with exceptional amenities, on her sun deck aft she features a brand new jacuzzi lined with sun pads, a sit up bar, an al fresco dining area and lounge seating. On the main deck is the star of the show, the aft deck pool which features a counter current system. With a retractable covering, this enables this area to serve multiple functions, offering a stunning setting to either work out, or relax and unwind sitting by the pool on one of her many seating options. Steps at either side lead down to a swim platform, providing direct access to the water and serving as a launch pad for her toys and tender. Malu’ is a rare and excellent example of a vintage yacht in perfect conditions. She was designed by Sparkman& Stephens and built at the highest standards under the direct survey of the RINA director of Livorno harbor. After a life as cruiser racer Malu’ received the most accurate and respectfull restoration and she is better than ever. Sailing Malu’ is just like diving in the past and her elegant lines and details are highlighted by new rigging, new sails, new engine and systems, new closets and interior furniture and new tapestry.The hull was completely emptied to provide a general refit and to protect her from the risk of osmosis (she had no osmosis anyway) the hull was treated with epoxy resin. The restoration was surveyed by one of the best known Italian expert, and in our experience of hundreds classic yachts to offer to demanding customers we have been amazed reading his survey. Starting from the “DARK GRAY” hull color, we understand the elitist and elegant character. The style determinate the sporty and performing shape. It is the Pershing 70, designed by Fulvio De Simoni, from the AYT & D - Advanced Yacht Technology & Design Research and Development department, and by the Group's Style Center, for a boat full of technological and innovative solutions.
The spaces available to the owner and guests on board, are equal to larger yachts, thanks to the window design, for the walkways and to the cockpit, a huge full beam area.
The helm station is located to starboard, the seat is a two-seater designed by Poltrona Frau and is flanked by an L-shaped sofa that can be transformed.
The hull, the large canopy and the area below deck, where the ash wood of the furniture body and the dark inserts that characterize the finishes, in anthracite-colored lacquer, alternate wisely. In white the structure of the deck and the ceilings with LED lighting system that give particular brightness to the rooms, while the furniture includes a large leather sofa with storage drawers, a dining table that can be extended up to six people, in front of which it is positioned the low cabinet with TV screen. The rooms below deck are accessed from the mezzanine from which you reach the three cabins, each with a bathroom, and the galley to starboard and complete with every comfort. The full beam owner's suite is accessible by descending aft from the mezzanine level. A separé with leather weaves divides the double cabin from the vanity area and the double wardrobe.
The cutting-edge technologies are noteworthy: Mosfet electronic control units thanks to which to lighten the amount of cables on board and apply power electronics to the electrical system.
Thanks to Votis technologies it is possible to control all audio-video components via IPad, while thanks to a Naviop touch screen display, it is possible to control the entire boat; all the technological features are intuitive, easy to use

Motor Yacht Mondomarine 41 Legenda built in Italy by Mondo Marine and delivered in 2009, has previously been known as Alexander Two and got its second name after a comprehensive refit in 2016. This 41-meter yacht is the 56th vessel by a renowned Italian shipyard. Exterior and naval architecture of this semi-displacement yacht were designed by Cor D. Rover Design. Fully completed from aluminium, its snow-white superstructure and a well-balanced grey hull create an exquisite contrast attracting observer’s attention to its impeccable elegance.
LUCA DINI Design & Architectur have designed a sumptuous interior with the elements of Classical empire in the surface finishes. The birch tree used in abundance and variety of interpretations is complimented with a dynamic ensemble of marble and soft carpets to create an atmosphere of a comfortable splendour accentuated by a skilful selection of design elements and furniture in the saloons and cabins.
Spaciousness is provided by the 8,1 m width of the yacht that accommodates up to 10 guests in its four guest suites and the Master cabin and 7 crew. Guest suites and crew accommodation are found on the lower deck. The main saloon with the dining area and Master cabin is located on the main deck, whereas the top deck beholds a cosy saloon.

Complete package – Yacht with mooring in Mallorca and Williams 325 JetTender
Very neat Fairline Targa 62 GT from 2014, second owner since new, German flag, EU-VAT paid and with impeccable ship documentation and maintenance history. This MY is equipped with the Volvo Penta D13-900 EVC diesel engines, each with 900hp, as well as a bow- and stern thruster making navigation within narrow bays and maneuvering in port a pushover. With a cruising speed of around 23kn, the engines run at around 1,800 rpm and a combined consumption of 210l/h, the maximum speed is an impressive 34kn at 2,300 rpm. The Volvo engine display always provides information about the current consumption.
On deck one will find the bright, teak-laid cockpit and saloon area, which, in addition to the large, electrically-openable windows at both sides and hard-top above the helm station, also has an electric canopy above the rear sun pad, below which there is the crew cabin with own bathroom - currently used as storage compartment. The Williams 325 JetTender (built 2014) is stored on the hydraulic bathing platform, the electro-hydraulic, teak-laid gangway allows one to get on board comfortably. Above all, the cockpit impresses with the seating/dining area with fixed teak table and the fully equipped wetbar with sink, icemaker, refrigerator and BBQ grill, in order to find all amenities of daily needs already on deck level. The 62 GT layout enables one to close-off the deck saloon thus providing more privacy and also shelter for colder evenings. Entertainment is achieved by the high-class audio-visual system (Sat.TV KVH-M5 and Bang b'&' Olufsen) and the Tv in the saloon (high-low furniture).
The fully-equipped kitchen at the intermediate level supports socializing and guarantees a bright ambience. Below deck, this 62 GT comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in the large Master cabin with bathroom en-suite in the bow and the two twin cabins astern, sharing one additional bathroom.
