The motor-yacht T52 Hybrid has been designed by Francesco Paszkowski. The Innovated Yacht below 500 GT is Equipped with a Standard Hybrid Propulsion System that will allow to choose a more efficient navigation mode, reducing both costs and environmental impact. When cruising in electrical diesel mode, the T52 Hybrid has a range of up to 7,600 nm, and will be able to remain at anchor up to 10 hours relying on the batteries only. Her two CAT C32 engines, however, allow her to reach a maximum speed of 16 knots and a range of 4,500 nm at 11 knots.

Steel Motorsailer yachts used to be popular vessels for world sailors until the 70s. The arrival of production yachts in the 60s and the explosion of the charter industry in the following years changed the public perception of yachting.
Today only a few builders offer customized options at a premium price.
Iolair Mara is a unique yacht built-in CA in the late sixties. Her ¼ inch steel hull, her tri keels design, her 5’6”’ draft, and her 3000 nm range under power will sail expeditions all around the globe or entertain charter clients in the Bahamas, HI, or Alaska.
In 1998 she was hauled out for a $ 2.5 M retrofit that was 60 % completed in 2005.
A series of dramatic events follow. She was sized. Stayed 6 years on the hard shrink-wrapped.
The actual owner got her out of the yard in 2012, completed the 40% remaining refit to get her to her original glory.
She was lucky to have found John. It has been a perfect match for both of them. John loves a strong, well-powered world cruiser. He is now proud to offer this showcase vessel for a portion of the price it would cost to build her today.
The Owner will be available to train the buyer and going through the vessel equipment, systems, structure, detailing the yacht maintenance and running procedure.
She is a working vessel in luxurious yachts clothing. Stunning true teak inside and out, (not teak ply) state of the art power plant, new engine in 1998 by Harbor Diesel in Long Beach CA (172 hours at the odometer in 2012 then sailed to Ensenada and hasn’t docked the dock since).
New electrical panel & wiring between 1998 & 2004, new plumbing 2003. New massive Ideal windlass anchoring with 440 ft of 7/16 J4 chain in 2016, 175 lbs Mantus anchor 2016, 60 lbs CQR stern anchor on a GHK Fabrication hydraulic massive horizontal windlass (commercial fishing grade windlass) 2012 new rigging system. New sails from 2005 were installed on the vessel in 2012. They were never sailed until we shot this video. 2001 sandblasted to bare metal ultra-sonic testing in 2012. 12 zincs bar new in 2001 replaced every 3 years. A set of zincs is available on the vessel.
She is well balanced and comfortable in strong weather thanks to her ketch rig. Keels cooled engine and generator for dry exhausts. The 2 side keel is filled with antifreeze. Only 3 though hull on the boat; intake for the head and the intake sea chest. Another through-hull in the side for the water maker.
She is a dock queen American-built hull that could be a successful charter in the US territory thanks to her beautiful interior.

ENGLISH · This Fairline Targa 52, Cienfuegos, has always been professionally maintained, serviced, and cared for (on a weekly and yearly basis) to a very high standard. Cienfuegos is powered by two strong Volvo Penta D12 diesels of 715hp each with only 810 running hours on the counter. She is furthermore equipped with a hydraulic bow- and stern thruster, generator, full Raymarine navigation pack including radar, underwater lights, bimini (new 2022), and a hydraulic-operated telescopic Besenzoni passerelle cleverly concealed in the transom steps. Looking at her hull and cockpit, it’s immediately clear that this yacht is all about both cool rides and lazy days in the sun. The hydraulic-opening garage, with an easy launch and retrieve system, houses a tender with outboard. Aft are two big sun lounges – one double and one single. There’s another big sun lounge (new cushions 2022) on the foredeck. The cockpit features a u-shaped dinette with high/low table and a proper Wetbar with barbecue grill, fridge and sink. The helm station with pilot and co-pilot seat is obviously large and the dashboard is well-organized. The captain/captainess can easily control and navigate the yacht while enjoying the surroundings.
The interior of this Fairline Targa 52 is fitted out with a reversible air-conditioning system. The master cabin is located forward and features an almost circular island bed, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The two twin bed guest cabins located aft and share the second bathroom with electric toilet (new 2022), wash basin and shower stall. The galley is equipped with a domestic-size fridge/freezer (new 2021), a convection microwave and a 2-burner cooktop. And let’s not forget the ample lounge area with high/low table and a TV placed on the outside of the galley bench. This yacht is in mint maintained condition. The only recommendation we have is to redo some interior lining. Apart from that, this 52ft Targa is one of the better ones you can get on the market right now.

Cienfuegos wird angetrieben von zwei starken Volvo Penta D12 Dieselmotoren je 715 PS und hat nur 810 Betriebsstunden auf dem Zähler. Sie ist außerdem ausgestattet mit einem hydraulischen Bug- und Heckstrahlruder, Generator, komplettem Raymarine-Navigationspaket einschließlich Radar, Unterwasserbeleuchtung, Bimini (neu 2022) und einer hydraulisch teleskopischen Besenzoni-Passerelle. Beim Blick auf den Rumpf und das Cockpit wird sofort klar, dass diese Yacht sowohl für sportliche Fahrten als auch für entspannte Tage in der Sonne geeignet ist. Die hydraulisch zu öffnende Garage beherbergt ein Beiboot mit Außenborder. Auf dem Achterdeck befinden sich zwei große Sonnenliegen - eine Doppel- und eine Einzelliege. Eine weitere große Sonnenliege (neue Kissen 2022) befindet sich auf dem Vordeck. Das Cockpit verfügt über eine u-förmige Essecke mit einem in Höhe verstellbare Tisch und eine Wetbar mit Grill, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Der Steuerstand ist reichlich bemessen und das Dashboard ist gut organisiert. Der Kapitän/die Kapitänin kann die Yacht ohne Mühe steuern.
Der Innenraum dieser Fairline Targa 52 ist mit einer umschaltbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Eignerkabine befindet sich im Vorschiff und verfügt über ein fast kreisrundes Inselbett, viel Stauraum und ein eigenes Bad mit elektrischer Toilette (neu 2022), Waschbecken und Duschkabine. Die beiden Gästekabinen befinden sich achtern und teilen sich das zweite Badezimmer mit elektrischer Toilette (neu 2022), Waschbecken und Duschkabine. Die Kombüse ist mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach in Haushaltsgröße (neu 2021), einer Mikrowelle mit Umluftfunktion und einem 2-Flammen-Kochfeld ausgestattet. Der Salon verfügt über eine großzügige Sitzecke mit einem in Höhe verstellbarem Tisch, und einem Fernseher, der an der Außenseite der Küche-Element angebracht ist. Diese Yacht befindet sich in einem sehr guten und sorgfältig gepflegten Zustand. Die einzige Empfehlung, die wir haben, ist, einige Innenverkleidungen zu erneuern. Abgesehen davon ist diese 52ft Targa eine der besseren, die man derzeit auf dem Markt bekommen kann.
ESPAÑOL · Este Fairline Targa 52, Cienfuegos, siempre ha sido profesionalmente mantenido y cuidado (semanal y anualmente) a un nivel muy alto. Cienfuegos está propulsado por dos potentes motores diésel Volvo Penta D12 de 715 CV cada uno con sólo 810 horas de funcionamiento. Además, está equipado con hélices hidráulicas de proa y de popa, generador, completo paquete de navegación Raymarine que incluye radar, luces subacuáticas, bimini (nuevo en 2022) y una pasarela telescópica hidráulica de Besenzoni. Mirando el casco y la bañera, queda claro que este yate es ideal tanto para paseos deportivos como para días de relax en el sol. El garaje de apertura hidráulica alberga un bote auxiliar con fueraborda. En popa hay dos grandes soláriums, una doble y otra individual. En la cubierta de proa hay un otro gran solárium (nuevos cojines en 2022). La bañera cuenta con una dinette en forma de U con mesa regulable en altura, y un Wetbar con barbacoa, nevera y fregadero. El puesto de mando es obviamente amplio y el salpicadero está bien organizado. El capitán/la capitana puede fácilmente controlar el yate.
El interior de este Fairline Targa 52 está equipado con un sistema de aire acondicionado reversible. El camarote principal está situado a proa y cuenta con una cama casi circular, espacio de almacenamiento y un baño privado con inodoro eléctrico (nuevo de 2022), lavabo y cabina ducha. Los dos camarotes de invitados en popa comparten el segundo cuarto de baño con inodoro eléctrico (nuevo 2022), lavabo y cabina de ducha. La cocina está equipada con un frigorífico/congelador de tamaño doméstico (nuevo en 2021), un microondas de convección y una placa de cocina de 2 fuegos. El salón cuenta con una amplia zona de estar con mesa regulable en altura, y un televisor colocado en el exterior de la cocina. Este yate está en muy buen estado y está meticulosamente mantenido. La única recomendación que tenemos es rehacer algunos revestimientos interiores. Aparte de eso, este 52ft Targa es uno de los mejores que se pueden encontrar en el mercado en este momento.
NEDERLANDS · Deze Fairline Targa 52, Cienfuegos, is altijd, zowel wekelijks als jaarlijks, professioneel onderhouden en geservicet Cienfuegos wordt aangedreven door twee sterke Volvo Penta D12 diesels van 715pk elk met slechts 810 draaiuren op de teller. Verder is ze uitgerust met een hydraulische boeg- en hekschroef, generator, compleet Raymarine navigatiepakket inclusief radar, onderwaterverlichting, bimini (nieuw 2022), en een hydraulische Besenzoni passerelle die slim is weggewerkt in de trap. Kijkend naar haar romp en cockpit is het meteen duidelijk dat dit jacht helemaal in is voor zowel coole trips als luie dagen in de zon. De hydraulisch te openen garage, met een eenvoudig tewaterlatings- en ophaalsysteem, biedt plaats aan een tender met buitenboordmotor. Op het achterdek twee grote zonnelounges - een tweepersoons en een eenpersoons. Er is nog een grote zonnelounge (nieuwe kussens 2022) op het voordek. De cockpit heeft een U-vormige dinette met een hoogte verstelbare tafel en een Wetbar met barbecue, koelkast en spoelbak. De stuurstand is ruim en het dashboard is overzichtelijk. De stuurman/stuurvrouw kan het jacht met gemak varen.
Het interieur van deze Fairline Targa 52 is uitgerust met een omkeerbaar airconditioningsysteem. De eigenaarshut bevindt zich voorin en beschikt over een bijna rond eilandbed, veel opbergruimte en een ensuite badkamer met elektrisch toilet (nieuw 2022), wastafel en douchecabine. De twee gastenhutten in het achterschip delen de tweede badkamer met elektrisch toilet (nieuw 2022), wastafel en douchecabine. De kombuis is uitgerust met een koelkast/vriezer (nieuw 2021), een magnetron en een 2-pits kookplaat. De salon beschikt over een ruime zithoek met een in hoogte verstelbare tafel en een TV aan de buitenkant van het keukenblok. Dit jacht bevindt zich in zorgvuldig onderhouden staat. De enige aanbeveling die we hebben is om op sommige plekken de binnenbekleding te vernieuwen. Afgezien daarvan is deze 52ft Targa een van de betere op de markt.

GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.
In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. GRYNING was extensively refit during winters 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2003/2004, 2005/2006 and 2013 at the BALTIC YACHTS SHIPYARD. During the winter of 2013 she was at a Baltic yard where a lifecycle service was done. GRYNING is a truly fast and comfortable passage maker. A lot of the upgrades, such as larger engine with matched propeller, carbon fiber rudder, carbon fiber pocket boom, carbon fiber mast and other sail handling equipment she has received over the past few years have further enhanced her speed and ease of handling.Under power she has a cruising speed of 8 knots at 2,200 rpm and 9+ knots at 85% engine power. At 6 knots she has a range of 1000 Nm under engine.She was 1st in class and second overall in the Marblehead-Halifax Ocean Race 2003, 3rd in class and third overall 2005 and 2nd in class in the Newport-Bermuda Race 2008. IRC measured weight 45,930 Ibs (20,834 kg). She is compliant with OGR 2023 specifications, with minor parts to be replaced. ENGLISH - Arrábida is a wonderful two-mast one-off Pilothouse Schooner designed and built in the Netherlands. Arrábida is not just a bluewater cruiser with beautiful classic lines, teak laid decks, and an elegant green hull…. She is also, thanks to her strong aluminium hull, modern carbon rig and hydraulic systems, an excellent performer under sail. She is schooner rigged with a comprehensive sail wardrobe consisting of a fully battened main, staysail, spinnaker, topsail, a staysail on hydraulic furler from 2023, a Jib on hydraulic furler from 2023 and a Yankee on hydraulic furler from 2023. Further to that, hydraulic winches, carbon spi poles, hydraulic boomvang, and Frederiksen deck hardware. She is, furthermore, equipped with a 230hp Deutz diesel engine, hydraulic bow thruster, feathering propeller, generator, inverters, and a complete Raymarine navigation equipment from 2021. Additionally, a life raft, a tender with outboard from 2022, hydraulic windlass and numerous covers. The interior of this Pilothouse Schooner is just as well laid out as the exterior. The pilothouse that can be accessed from port and starboard side of the deck, features two seats and a forward-facing navigation- and pilot station. Katja was launched in England on August 15th, 1929, the year of the Wall Street crash in America and the beginning of the Great Depression that was soon to assail Europe. She survived the destruction of the Second World War after taking part in Operation Dynamo as a Little Ship, one of the 800 civilian vessels that evacuated hundreds of thousands of Allied soldiers from Dunkirk in 1940. Katja is a 14.7 meter long motoryacht, designed by H. Parker and built of wood by the Brooke shipyard in Lowestoft. She is still in perfect condition thanks to the doting care of her four owners, two English and two Italian, the latest since the early 1990’s. Katja was built for Mawdesley Brooke, the owner of the yard that launched her in 1929, and was named for one of his daughters. The yard’s roots stretch back to 1874 when Brooke Ironworks, specialized in engines, began activity in Oulton Broad, near Lowestoft. Renamed Brooke Motorcraft between the wars, the firm was managed by Waveney Brooke until after the end of World War II. Katja’s first main engine was a 100 hp, six cylinder Brooke N°4059 type 40 F diesel, with a 5 hp Brooke “Dominion” as auxiliary propulsion. In 1931 she was sold to a new owner in Leicester for £ 2,875. Based for a period in Great Yarmouth, 200 km north of London and only 15 km from Lowestoft, in 1950 she traveled through the French canals down to the Mediterranean, flying the white ensign as a Dunkirk Little Ship. Katja welcomed the change from the misty English coasts to the mild climate of the Mediterranean. In 1967 she was given a new main engine, a 145 hp Perkins T6354, and a new 30 hp Mercedes auxiliary. In the early 1990’s she was purchased by a new owner from Rome, who sailed her in the Tyrrhenian from Tuscany’s Porto Santo Stefano. Sailing from her new base, Katja participated in classic yacht events in Montecarlo, La Spezia, Bocca di Magra and Anzio. REFITS AND AWARDS In recent years Katja has undergone several refits in Tuscan yards; Lacchini, and then Mileo. Founded by Constabile Mileo in 1951, the Mileo yard was known for their continuous production of dozens of wooden vessels. In 2003 the yard, run by the Mileo brothers Pompeo, Vincenzo and Domenico, began a major refit. The 25mm pitch pine planking below the waterline was replaced, with 8/9 meter long planks attached to oak frames with steel screws. The keelson was rebuilt to increase purchase for elements of the new frames, tightly fit between the keel and the stem. The hull was caulked in the traditional manner with calico, then faired and painted. The keel and stem, both of oak, are original. A new main engine (Perkins 240hp) combined with a four-bladed propeller, gives Katja a top speed of 12 knots. Other major jobs included fitting a bow-thruster, rebuilding the teak deck incorporating a layer of plywood, redoing the hydraulic and electrical systems and fuel lines, and replacing the wheel with a new hydraulic control. Remote steering is also set up, allowing Katjato be run from on deck while underway. The auxiliary motor was upgraded to an 80hp Perkins, with a folding propellor to port, giving her a respectable six knots. All this care lavished on Katja couldn’t pass unnoticed, and during the 1992 Monaco Classic Week she was awarded 156 out of 210 possible points, putting her at the top of the ASDEC classification. The ‘Associazione Scafi d’Epoca e Classici’ has been protecting and diffusing the culture of classic and vintage yachting since 1987. “Her topsides have sleek and very elegant lines - a gentle joining of the deckhouses to their pavilions, a smooth transition between deck levels, with the aft deckhouse windows that follow the sinuous curve of the sheer, the handrails that gradually run lower as they approach the bow and the side deck that curves towards the coachroof. It all denotes the execution of an excellent design by a renowned boatyard.” This quote from the early 1990’s by Piero Maria Gibellini, one of the world’s authorities on motor yachts and auxiliaries, refers to Katja. Her present owner, after almost thirty years of cruising Katja, cannot but emphasize how well laid out she is, with many separate spaces to enjoy even when there are many aboard. The foredeck is a terrace over the sea, one of her strongpoints. It gives privacy when moored stern to, and there’s always fresh air even on the hottest days. A sturdy awning covers the foredeck, with it’s two chaise longue (originally from the ocean liner Conte Biancamano; launched in 1925, she was sent to the wrecking yard in 1961), table and benches for up to ten guests. Two sun pads are laid above the aft coachroof and the wheelhouse. A true gangway is mounted to starboard, for ease of embarking and disembarking. INTERIORS AND THE BAGLIETTO TENDER Katja’s refined interiors make her a welcoming and comfortable yacht. The fine finishings, from the wainscoting to the cabin cabinetry, plus the paintings and vintage gouaches in the owner’s cabin, all combine to remind you of the Orient Express and send you back in time. She has seven berths: two in the owner’s cabin forward, two in the guest cabin, and three from the seating in the main cabin – one twin and one single berth. Katja’s vintage launch is a work of art. Built of wood in 1934 by the Baglietto yard in Varazze, she still has her original oars and oarlocks. Katja also comes with an inflatable with a 9.9 hp outboard. The offered Targa 46 BRIO was launched in April 2020 and has seen very lite use with now only approx. 490 engine hours. BRIO is a perfect example of a Targa 46, fully equipped, perfectly maintained and optimized. She is owned by a serial yacht owner with 2 permanent crew.
