Position Mission La risorsa, inserita all'interno del dipartimento di Testing & Commissioning dei rotabili ferroviari, si occuperà della preparazione delle specifiche per la effettuazione dei test funzionali sugli impianti e sistemi elettrici di rotabile supportando attivamente il team operativo in campo e collaborando con il design engineering per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche funzionali emerse durante i test. La risorsa si occuperà inoltre di preparare il materiale per la formazione degli utenti finali del veicolo tenendo i relativi corsi di formazione teorici e pratici. Responsibilities - Redazione di specifiche per test funzionali di impianti e sistemi elettrici di rotabili ferroviari a partire dai requisiti tecnici e dalla relativa documentazione di progetto nonché dalla normativa applicabile; - Supporto in campo al team operativo durante il testing e commissioning dei veicoli ferroviari; - Troubleshoting in caso di anomalie con interfacciamento al design engineering ove necessario; - Preparazione del materiale per la formazione degli utenti finali del veicolo sugli argomenti di competenza; - Effettuazione dei corsi di formazione teorici e pratici all'utilizzo del veicolo per gli utenti finali; - Supporto al team manager per la stima budget ore e costi in fase di gara; - Redazione documentazione a supporto della certificazione di veicolo ove necessario. Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience - Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Elettrica preferibilmente con percorso Automazione; in alternativa Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria dell'Automazione o Ingegneria Elettronica con percorso Automazione. - Ottima conoscenza impianti elettrici di rotabile 24Vdc (Rolling Stock) e relativi impianti ausiliari (antincendio, antintrusione, intercom, telecomando, TCMS); - Ottima conoscenza impianti elettrici di distribuzione a 400/230Vac a bordo rotabile; - Ottima conoscenza sistemi di trazione elettrica dei rotabili; - Buona conoscenza impianti e sistemi meccanici di rotabile (HVAC, sistema frenante, impianto pneumatico, impianto oleodinamico/idrostatico, impianto idraulico, accoppiatore automatico) - Buona conoscenza sistemi di trazione diesel e relativi sistemi di trasmissione (meccanica, idrostatica, idrodinamica) dei rotabili; - Ottima conoscenza Lingua Inglese, preferibile periodo di formazione/stage all'estero; - Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Microsoft OFFICE 365; - Buona conoscenza strumentazione per test funzionali impianti elettrici (multimetro, analizzatore di rete, oscilloscopio, analizzatore di spettro, CAN Bus analyser, LAN analyser, Network analyser per sistemi a radiofrequenza, data logger); - Preferibile conoscenza di almeno un ambiente/linguaggio di programmazione PLC (es. Tasks Senior Hardware Engineer duties include: - Integrate electronic subsystems into the overall spacecraft design, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless functionality. - Be responsible for the design of electronic boards from requirements to schematic definition, procedure management and test coordination. - Be responsible of coordination with other departments to evaluate and assess implications of other systems/subsystems on avionics. - Lead PCB outline, layer setup, component placement and signal routing requirements for Power, Digital and Mixed-Signals applications. - Lead interface with PCB services suppliers. - Keep up with and know industry and space standards and technologies. - Work with Hardware Engineers and the manufacturing team for the development and sustaining of current products. - Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, specifications, and test results to comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. - Identify and select appropriate electronic components for new space applications, considering factors such as radiation tolerance, power efficiency, and durability for use in space environments. Qualifications and Requirements - Work experience of at least 5 years in Electronic design(with at least 2 of which in the space/avionics industries). - Experience with Altium designer tool. - Experience with Spice simulation tool. - Experienced with state-of-the-art PCB design tools and methodology. - Proficient with high-speed, mixed-signal and power conversion design. - Proficient in using electronic lab instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, power supply, electronic load, etc.) - Knowledge of common electronic interfaces like CAN, SPI, I2C, RS-422, RS-485, Space-Wire, and MIL-1553. - Proficient with common ECSS standard electronic analyses like PSA, WCA and FMEA/FMECA. - A self-starter and highly motivated with strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Proactive attitude and ability to work in team and individually; - Knowledge of ECSS standard EMC and Sys design, - Knowledge of Space Power and Avionic Unit architecture, - Knowledge of FPGA, microcontroller and SoC architecture is a plus. - Knowledge of RF systems is a plus. The EMC Engineer is an expert with more than three years' experience, who provides for the inclusion in the laboratories of Electromagnetic Compatibility of CESI Milan. He/she will take care of the testing activities and the drafting of the related reports, in accordance with the standards, corporate procedures and reference regulations. Active participation is required in the revision of test procedures and the deepening of regulations, with a view to periodic adjustments and expansion of activities into sectors (for example EMC tests in the field of e-mobility, aereospace, etc.). The test engineer for EMC will interface with customers and coordinate CESI for the planning and execution of testing activities. Part of the work will be on shift (both morning and evening). Education and training • Degree in Electronic Engineering, preferably in telecommunications (Radio Frequency) Knowledge • Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits; • In-depth knowledge of industrial and laboratory electrical and electronic measurements. Mastery of the main EMC laboratory instruments, such as oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, EMI receiver, antennas, etc.); • Ability to interpret regulations and set up compliant test setups; • Experience in drawing up operating procedures and technical documentation; • Knowledge of the main document processing software of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Knowledge of EMC laboratory software for testing; • Previous experience in Project Management (schedule management, risk-analysis, use of MS Project). Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti: - Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica/Informatica/Automazione/Meccatronica; - esperienza di almeno 2 anni in progettazione di FW per applicazioni embedded con architettura a microcontrollore; - esperienza di programmazione in linguaggio C/C++, Assembly; - solide conoscenze/esperienze applicative su microcontrollori 8-16-32 bit (es. Cortex, Fujitsu, Microchip, Texas Instruments, ST, etc); - dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di Linux; - debug del firmware, partecipazione alle fasi di testing e validazione; - capacità di lettura e comprensione di schematici HW, dimestichezza con strumentazione elettronica; - abitudine alla documentazione dei progetti; - abitudine all’uso di strumenti di gestione delle revisioni del codice (git / svn) e di strumenti di bug tracking e gestione documentale (Atlassian JIRA / CONFLUENCE) sarà considerata requisito preferenziale.
