In the area there are several famous Tuscan restaurants such as I Latini, which is just a 5 minute walk away. Classic flat (45 sqm / 484 sqf) with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it can sleep up to 3 people and it faces Piazza Goldoni. As the guests enter the apartment, they will find themselves in the living room, furnished with a table and a pull-out couch. The open kitchen is fully equipped, and it also includes a microwave. The bedroom has a double bed; and the bathroom has a bathtub with shower head. The floors are in original Florentine cotto and the ceiling in the living room is made of wooden paneling. The area is mainly residential so there is a variety of grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes. In the area you will also find the “Stazione Leopolda”, Florence’s former railway station which has been converted into a vibrant exhibition hall used for events such as craft fairs, television and fashion shows and also cultural and business meetings. The Parco delle Cascine, Florence’s largest public park popular with walkers, joggers, horse riders and families, is also just 10 minutes away by foot. For people choosing an apartment in this area, there are plenty of food stores otherwise known as “alimentari”, mini markets, launderettes, banks, pharmacies and gift shops. The flat is located in an elegant district between the city center, the Po river and the Valentino Park, in an excellent position to explore all the points of interest of the city on foot. Corso Vittorio is only 140 meters away and is the ideal starting point towards the center and Porta Nuova, reachable in just 11 minutes on foot. The 30 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator and consists of a single room with kitchenette and living/sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, traditional oven and microwave. The sleeping area consists of a foldaway queen bed with wardrobe. The bathroom has a wc, bidet and shower box with chromotherapy lights. The apartment also has a balcony with washing machine and closet. Additional facilities available for the guests: split AC, fan, TV, WebPocket Wifi up to 100 gigabytes, desk, independent heating with boiler, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set. The keys will be collected in our office in Corso England 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to deposit your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome kit.
