Rispetto le attività sarà richiesto nello specifico di: *Supportare il proprio Supervisore nelle iniziative di procurement per le diverse categorie di spesa, nella negoziazione e gestione dei Supply Agreement, in accordo alle procedure aziendali in vigore. *Supportare il proprio Supervisore nelle attività di gara e benchmark (anche tramite l'utilizzo di ARIBA esourcing) per la selezione dei fornitori. Collaborare con i referenti dei vari dipartimenti nella redazione di tutta la documentazione necessaria alla finalizzazione del processo di acquisto. *Rispettare le procedure di inserimento e qualifica di nuovi fornitori/materiali/servizi con impatto GMP. *Gestire i contatti con i fornitori e monitorare le loro performances per controllare e garantire il rispetto dei livelli di servizio richiesti. *Contribuire all'aggiornamento ed al mantenimento dei dati in SAP e negli altri sistemi utilizzati per tutte le attività collegate al Procurement. *Supportare i Financial Services per risolvere problematiche legate al processo Procurement to Pay. *Agire in conformità ai requisiti EH&S e CGMP. Si richiede una pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ed a titolo preferenziale una conoscenza del sistema SAP/ARIBA.
