Attività: - progettazione e sviluppo di processi, politiche operative e strumenti al fine di consentire un miglioramento ed una trasformazione dei processi aziendali - gestione e coordinamento di progetti IT - ascolto e comprensione delle necessità di business, collaborando attivamente con i Process Owners e i Key Users di funzione - implementazione di software Requisiti: - Laurea in discipline scientifiche, informatiche o ingegneristiche Requisiti: - Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito processi Sales & Operations Planning - Competenze nella mappatura processi, gap analysis e sviluppo piani di miglioramento - Competenze su processi e strumenti IT in ambito Demand Planning e Supply Planning - Disponibilità a brevi trasferte - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Lesperienza con società di consulenza esterne per limplementazione dei processi Sales & Operations costituirà un plus. With reference to the ITIL methodology, he/she is involved in some of the Design and Continual Service Improvement processes. Role and duty – core business In compliance with the directives issued by the HQ, by the Management and by the company, he/she contributes to the implementation, evolution and monitoring of the following processes: -Access & Identity Management - IT Risk Management - IT Compliance -Information Security Management -He/she will also be responsible for drafting and updating guidelines and operating procedures related to IT Governance topics, and for operationally supporting the IT Dept. during any internal and external audits.
