Settimanale pulizia il martedì mattina con cambio biancheria completamente fornita dalla casa, controllo cucina e riassetto il venerdì pomeriggio. Possibile utilizzo di lavatoio comune sul terrazzo condominiale o lavanderia distante ad un solo isolato. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada o parcheggio in garage a pagamento. Vicinissima palestra. Bus anche notturni diretti in Vaticano, centro, Policlinico Gemelli. Metro a Battistini raggiungibile con due fermate autobus o a piedi in pochi minuti. Tre supermercati, mercato rionale, ristoranti, pizzerie, banche, ufficio postale.
