L’Hanse 370e entra nel mercato nel 2006 insieme al l’Hanse 350 e al 400, e come questa segna un punto di svolta nella produzione dell’Hanse, un cambio generazionale. Il bordo libero si fa più alto e la tuga più bassa, la poppa di questi nuovi modelli si a molto più larga e con essa cambiano anche gli spazi del pozzetto e le volumetrie interne. La maggiore larghezza della poppa si sente soprattutto nelle cabine di poppa che sono decisamente più grandi di quelle delle barche delle generazioni precedenti. Il bordo libero più alto, invece influisce sull’abitabilità di tutta la barca, il bagno è più comodo, la cabina di prua ha più aria e si riesce a starci anche in piedi. In poche parole la comodità della barca fa un grande passo avanti. Dal punto di vista dell’attrezzatura velica si fa sempre più avanti il concetto di sail friendly, le attrezzature sono dimeno e meno complesse, il cantiere vuole che chiunque possa portare un Hanse e ci riesce anche se a discapito del piacere delle regolazioni di fino. For this reason there are two galleys, one close to the crew mess and navigation area. The main galley is amidships close to the saloon. The owners suite is located amidships and provided with two separate single berths with desk and office in between. The saloon is very well lit superbly finished and comfortable for socialising. The two guest cabins are upper and lower berths provided and they are forward preceding the sail locker. The furniture design utilises a mix of hitech and traditional styling and materials.
