Italia (Tutte le città)
The boat was built in 2007 and launched in 2008. She has had two owners who have done cruises and regattas in the Mediterranean. It is a versatile boat which is very maneuverable and comfortable for cruising for 6 and very efficient in regattas with a crew of 10-11 people. In regattas it can be used in both Inshore races and Offshore races. The boat has always been methodically and professionally maintained to keep it in perfect working order. All spare equipment is packaged and stored in a garage protected from bad weather. The boat has been extensively refitted and optimized in recent years and the main works were redone in 2022 with sandblasting, sanding, smoothing and regatta antifouling. The boat is visible in St Maxime until December and then in Port Pin Rolland, where it will be put dry for winter storage. It is ready to sail since everything necessary is on board and in perfect working order. The boat is for sale for two major reasons: change of regatta program and decision to invest in a round-the-world boat in 2024. The boat is performing well in his class and has reached very good results in many regattas in different racing fields.Hull and deck Polyester and GRP fiberglass, polyester fiberglass sandwich with galvanized steel structure Keel: cast iron sail and lead bulb, bulb weight 2,730kg Saffron: carbon wick, infused resin, carbon steering wheel Self-guiding lower bearing replaced 2023, as well as all the steering wheel bearings. For sale is a Baltic 55 DP modified for exploration from 1989
GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.
In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. GRYNING was extensively refit during winters 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2003/2004, 2005/2006 and 2013 at the BALTIC YACHTS SHIPYARD. During the winter of 2013 she was at a Baltic yard where a lifecycle service was done. GRYNING is a truly fast and comfortable passage maker. A lot of the upgrades, such as larger engine with matched propeller, carbon fiber rudder, carbon fiber pocket boom, carbon fiber mast and other sail handling equipment she has received over the past few years have further enhanced her speed and ease of handling.Under power she has a cruising speed of 8 knots at 2,200 rpm and 9+ knots at 85% engine power. At 6 knots she has a range of 1000 Nm under engine. She was 1st in class and second overall in the Marblehead-Halifax Ocean Race 2003, 3rd in class and third overall 2005 and 2nd in class in the Newport-Bermuda Race 2008. IRC measured weight 45,930 Ibs (20,834 kg). She is compliant with OGR 2023 specifications, with minor parts to be replaced. While from 1989, she is a unique yacht in several ways and has a number of features that are usually found on much more modern yachts. Main of these unique features are:

Italia (Tutte le città)
This boat is something out of the ordinary, a fully-fledged racer that also functions perfectly as a cruising boat. The boat is equipped so that the family can enjoy it in a pleasant and practical way while also being the ultimate racing boat.
Facts:Length: 12.20 metersBeam: 3.80 metersDraft: 2.22 metersWeight: 6.9 tons
When it comes to sailing, most people know that the J122 offers extremely high performance. This boat has the /"best of the best/". Perfect for Shorthand as this boat was ordered with 350 kg extra weight in the keel. This work was carried out by J-Boats when the boat was ordered.
The boat has 2 cabins, 6 berths, 1 toilet. Carbon fiber mast from Hallspars, Rodriggar. Aluminum boom. Standing rigging replaced approximately 6 years ago. The boat comes with 2 very nice mainsails of good quality, perfect for racing. The boat and most of the sails come from Holland. The work from 2023 is manufactured by Doyle. The boat came 3rd in the Fastnet Race on Shorthand. Measurement certificates are available for ORCI, not updated, as well as SRS. Sail numbers applied for and approved. SWE 50. The boat was originally sponsored by Raymarine, so the boat is well-equipped with marine electronics for sailing and instruments. Some parts have been updated, for example, a new Axiom 9” plotter mounted with a quick-release at the helm. 2 new Axiom 7” at the companionway, new wind sensor 2023. Three Raymarine i70 instruments are also mounted on the mast to display desired data. (Wireless) (Complete Raymarine Microtalk Racing system) Also new in 2023 are 2 new Lighthouse sea charts covering the entire Northern Europe.
Sails: 2 high-quality racing mainsails. 1 self-tacking jib 2023 (Cruising) 1 Genoa 4 3 staysails 3 gennakers, 2 A2 and 1 A3. 2 socks 1 Code 0 of very good quality. Most of the sails are made in Holland by local sailmakers, Jib from 2023 is from Doyle. Assessment for sails is that existing sails maintain good quality for racing. See attached pdf. What needs to be supplemented is a racing headsail. Currently, there is a Furlex below deck mounted, but extra forestay / Rod is included. Upgrades: 2022 - New retractable bow thruster with hand control – Sleipner. 1 electric winch from Seldén i40. New clutches from Spinlock expanded to 4x3. 5 new Gel batteries Stackpack Jib cover - Headsail protection Hanging straps Fenders with fender covers Mooring lines All halyards and trim lines such as sheets, etc., have been replaced. (Reef lines replaced) New toilet from Jabsco New lights in the forepeak LED with USB C port. 2023 Selden self-tacking rail. Can easily be removed with 4 small rig bolts. See picture. Headsail for self-tacking rail (perfect for cruising) 2 Axiom 7” plotters at the companionway 2 Lighthouse charts for the whole of Northern Europe 1 new wind sensor at the masthead, Raymarine wireless. 1 extra gas cylinder 1 Windex 1 New deck light in the mast with integrated lantern. LED. 1 new lantern, led starboard / green 1 new engine room fan. For the holiday/cruise. The boat is perfect even for the family. With its 40 feet, it offers generous space. 2 cabins. In the salon, all amenities are available such as extra thick mattresses in the forepeak. Heater, good size of the water tank, new toilet seat 2022. To make holiday sailing easy, we installed a track for the self-tacking jib in 2023 and developed a new jib for the purpose. Canvas from Dimesion Polyant. (DCX Clean Text) Stackpack for easy handling of the mainsail. The headsail is easily rolled in with a mounted winch. Same with hoisting the mainsail, which is a 2:1 fall. Here the Selden E40i winch does a good job. In summary, the boat becomes very easy to sail for the family. In addition to the specifications, it comes with an anchor with chain, a life raft that must be inspected, and other equipment required for the Fastnet Race. Radar reflector, EPIRB, MOB bracelet, anchor (arm) mounted at the bow. Sea mattresses, etc.

/"MIZAR/" is a trimaran from NEEL. The Neel 45 Evolution is the moderate development of the legendary firstNeel trimaran of the 45 type. The outstanding feature of the Neel 45 Evolution is its unique hull and deck construction. Thesandwich construction is very light on the one hand (actual displacement 8.5 tons) and on the other hand very stable andtorsion resistant. Cleanly laminated bulkheads, beams and stringers clearly set this type apart from the successor types. Inaddition, the Neel 45 Evolution is unsinkable thanks to the complete sandwich construction. The sailing characteristics arecorrespondingly agile. Boat speeds in the range of the wind speed or just above can be achieved from wind strengths ofjust 2. In stronger winds, things really get going until the limit is reached at around 20 knots. Cruising speeds of 10 13 knotscan be sailed almost any time and with ease. The retractable daggerboard (rare optional extra) further increases theupwind performance considerably
MIZAR has been optimized and supplemented in numerous areas compared to the shipyard standard- Stainless steel bow fitting with anchor bracket (and fixation) and fixed support of the bowsprit- Installation of 6 additional mooring cleats- Installation of a gas bottle box with remote switch in accordance with GOK- Optimized line routing for the retractable dagge r board- Optimized sheet routing and routing of the furling lines- Permanently installed electric bilge pumps in the outer hulls- Warm air routing and ventilation in the outer hulls, lining these with Gisatex fleece in 2024- Insulation of the engine compartment- Improved gangway bracket- New cockpit tent in 2022
