This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering. At the end of the 2012 season, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit at Hinckley Yachts, Portsmouth, RI/USA. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems. Grey Goose has been rigorously maintained by her owner to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. Outdated equipment has been replaced and only top of the line gear has been fitted. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the very latest generation of Swan yachts. Grey Goose has always been maintained by a highly professional, experienced and dedicated crew, insuring that she was always ready to take her whenever the owner wanted to sail. Her safety equipment has been updated this season, new life rafts, have been bought. There are several EPIRBS on board as well as Personal EPIRBS and PLB’s for a full racing crew, as the owner never compromises on safety. “Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior.  She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend. With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines.  She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty! Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into  a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed. The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon. Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history. 1997 Custom Built Passengers Ship ready to start a charter business; you can have a return on what you invest in a short time. Monohull passengers boat with a capacity of 150 pax and three crew members. You must consider that the boat has a certificate to navigate without a mechanic; it can navigate only with one skipper. Provided with two decks, the boat is newly renovated. All interiors have been checked and renewed this year, the hull has been recently painted in blue and fully tuned. In March 2022 a second generator was installed. You can enjoy its expansive decks, and its 32 underwater windows make it a different way to enjoy our coasts. In May 2022: The boat this week has gone dry and the blue has been painted well. One more generator has been installed since it has been requested by the Maritime Authority and this week a new sonar translator has been installed and a new VHF will also be installed. We are leaving it ready for the campaign and it is already working in Gandia.

Capella is a privately owned classic lined motor yacht built in Gdansk in Poland. She was launched in 2001, and has had only one owner. She has never been used for charter work. From Gdansk she was immediately transferred to Mallorca, where she has been lying ever since. She has been maintained by her current captain since her arrival in Mallorca. There has been an unlimited budget made available for the maintenance routine which has been religiously adhered to every winter. Therefore, the boat is in an extremely high state of repair. Capella has always cruised in the Western Mediterranean. She has proved herself, in all weathers, to be a stable and comfortable vessel.

A classic Princess 20 Metre from 2000. This boat was 15 years in its previous ownership and maintained to a very high standard. The interior is all original and shows little signs of wear and in extremely good condition. During 2018-2019 this vessel has been ashore and had the whole of the top side professionally repainted to an extremely high standard. The hull band is original and in extremely good condition, not needing painting or repair. The top side repairs were due to sun damage and overcleaning but now presents better that new. The teak side decks and platform have been removed and replaced with 9mm Burmese teak, not the quick turn farmed teak which tends to be soft. During this time, the two deck cranes have new motors, dyneema lines and have been fully refurbished. This Astondoa 72 GLX needs to be seen to be believed. Every care has been taken to keep this boat looking its best. extremely well maintained privately owned motor yacht This is a rare opportunity to own a 1991 Fairline 50 Fly that is in excellent condition and most definetly the best in the market. Osmosis has never been detected on the Seebär's hull. Nevertheless, a professional preventative treatment was carried out in the shipyard in Punat approx. 8 years ago. Sanding and rebuilding with 5 layers and subsequent barrier layer. The ship was regulary taken out of the water every year, cleaning the underwater hull, checking the hull, shafts and screws. Both shaft bearings were replaced last year(2023.) New antifouling, cleaning and polishing the entire ship. This includes annual maintenance and checking the functionality of the engines, gearboxes and generator. All filters, zinc anodes and oils were replaced. In 2023, the exhaust system (partly stainless steel) of both engines and the generator were replaced as a preventative measure. The cooling water circuit including the heat exchangers were completely removed, dismantled and cleaned. Seawater pump was dismantled, cleaned, new seals and new impeller. The hydraulics for the gangway, davids and gearbox were serviced by a specialist company, valves were replaced and adjusted. Hydraulic hoses completely replaced. The ship is equipped with WiFi via a digital yacht system. Autopilot, plotter, radar and depth gauge communicate with each other via nmea 2000. Victron charger, charging control and battery monitoring as well as solar system are monitored via mobile phone app or iPad. The entire ship has been converted from 16 to 32 amps on the shore power side. This means that both air conditioning systems, stove, oven or microwave, TV and radio can be operated at the same time. Teak deck was replaced with Plasdeck in 2021. The 1000l water tank and both 1000l diesel tanks were removed years ago at great expense and replaced with stainless steel tanks. Both engines had to be removed for this and could then be thoroughly checked by the shipyard. Both toilets are electric and equipped with new pumps, seals and hoses (2022.) Relay anchor winch renewed (2023.) Hot water boiler replaced (2021.) Fridge new (2022.) Freezer new (2022.) Navionic chart plotter new (2022.) New cockpit and flybridge coushins (2021.) For sale is a Baltic 55 DP modified for exploration from 1989 GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.  In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. GRYNING was extensively refit during winters 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2003/2004, 2005/2006 and 2013 at the BALTIC YACHTS SHIPYARD. During the winter of 2013 she was at a Baltic yard where a lifecycle service was done.  GRYNING is a truly fast and comfortable passage maker. The Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" has been built for two defined missions. One is a luxurious and short handed family cruising with performance but without any stress on deck. The second mission is competitive racing in all conditions inshore as well as offshore and even transatlantic racing. She is not a pure race boat even more. She demonstrates the natural Swan DNA by accomplishing both missions perfectly, being comfortable, seaworthy, and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and numerous family holidays cruises. Even if she seems to be quite racing oriented in some aspects, Grey Goose has spent roughly 85% of the owners sailing time in Family Cruising mode. An extensive upgrade program of several hundred thousand Euros in Winter 2008 added a lot of value to the boat. Complete retrofit to Futures Fibres PBO standing rigging combined with fitting a carbon fibre head stay foil represents a total weight saving of 300kg out of the rig. Consequently, fitting a new high-performance racing T-keel designed by Frers brought down the centre of gravity and dramatically improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping. The sail wardrobe is complete both for racing and for Cruising. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades came out of racing needs most of them to enlarge, the fun factor in Cruising like minor pitching, fast acceleration, and direct steering. In the summer of 2012, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new generator, as well as many other upgrades and improvements. Her owner has rigorously maintained grey Goose to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the latest generation of Swan yachts. In the winter/spring of 2016, a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (exact dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. Another 350 kg and use of halyards slots. EC6 standing rigging (2012) checked. The new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. In September 2017, her mast was stepped down for the five-year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. Winter period 2017/18; primary generator service (5000 hrs.) and 2/18 haul-out for new antifouling.
