Former inland cargo ship, type Spits Freycinet, which has been completely rebuild by the current owner into a comfortable sailing Live Aboard barge annex small-scale charter ship annex Bb'&'B. There are currently 2 double guest cabins, each with their own bathroom and there is 1 single cabin with its own toilet. The owner's cabin is located in the aft cabin with the bathroom in the old hold. Under the terrace there is an extra cabin which is now in use as a hobby room but can also be furnished as an extra guest cabin. The maneuverability is good thanks to a powerful 360 degree rotating bow thruster and the Daimler Benz main engine. In 2013, the old hold was completely renovated. In 2016 the same was done in the aft cabin. An ideal barge to have a small company with and to live on board.

This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced. The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises. Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering. At the end of the 2012 season, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit at Hinckley Yachts, Portsmouth, RI/USA. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems. Grey Goose has been rigorously maintained by her owner to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. Outdated equipment has been replaced and only top of the line gear has been fitted. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the very latest generation of Swan yachts. Grey Goose has always been maintained by a highly professional, experienced and dedicated crew, insuring that she was always ready to take her whenever the owner wanted to sail. Her safety equipment has been updated this season, new life rafts, have been bought. “Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior.  She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend. With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines.  She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty! Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into  a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed. The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon. Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history. Capella is a privately owned classic lined motor yacht built in Gdansk in Poland. She was launched in 2001, and has had only one owner. She has never been used for charter work. From Gdansk she was immediately transferred to Mallorca, where she has been lying ever since. She has been maintained by her current captain since her arrival in Mallorca. There has been an unlimited budget made available for the maintenance routine which has been religiously adhered to every winter. Therefore, the boat is in an extremely high state of repair. Capella has always cruised in the Western Mediterranean. She has proved herself, in all weathers, to be a stable and comfortable vessel.

A classic Princess 20 Metre from 2000. This boat was 15 years in its previous ownership and maintained to a very high standard. The interior is all original and shows little signs of wear and in extremely good condition.
