“Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior.  She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend. With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines.  She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty! Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into  a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed. The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon. Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history. extremely well maintained privately owned motor yacht This is a rare opportunity to own a 1991 Fairline 50 Fly that is in excellent condition and most definetly the best in the market. Osmosis has never been detected on the Seebär's hull. Nevertheless, a professional preventative treatment was carried out in the shipyard in Punat approx. 8 years ago. Sanding and rebuilding with 5 layers and subsequent barrier layer. The ship was regulary taken out of the water every year, cleaning the underwater hull, checking the hull, shafts and screws. Both shaft bearings were replaced last year(2023.) New antifouling, cleaning and polishing the entire ship. This includes annual maintenance and checking the functionality of the engines, gearboxes and generator. All filters, zinc anodes and oils were replaced. In 2023, the exhaust system (partly stainless steel) of both engines and the generator were replaced as a preventative measure. The cooling water circuit including the heat exchangers were completely removed, dismantled and cleaned. Seawater pump was dismantled, cleaned, new seals and new impeller. The hydraulics for the gangway, davids and gearbox were serviced by a specialist company, valves were replaced and adjusted. Hydraulic hoses completely replaced. The ship is equipped with WiFi via a digital yacht system. Autopilot, plotter, radar and depth gauge communicate with each other via nmea 2000. Victron charger, charging control and battery monitoring as well as solar system are monitored via mobile phone app or iPad. The entire ship has been converted from 16 to 32 amps on the shore power side. This means that both air conditioning systems, stove, oven or microwave, TV and radio can be operated at the same time. Teak deck was replaced with Plasdeck in 2021. The 1000l water tank and both 1000l diesel tanks were removed years ago at great expense and replaced with stainless steel tanks. Both engines had to be removed for this and could then be thoroughly checked by the shipyard. Both toilets are electric and equipped with new pumps, seals and hoses (2022.) For sale is a Baltic 55 DP modified for exploration from 1989 GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.  In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. A classic Princess 20 Metre from 2000. This boat was 15 years in its previous ownership and maintained to a very high standard. The interior is all original and shows little signs of wear and in extremely good condition. During 2018-2019 this vessel has been ashore and had the whole of the top side professionally repainted to an extremely high standard. The hull band is original and in extremely good condition, not needing painting or repair. The top side repairs were due to sun damage and overcleaning but now presents better that new. The teak side decks and platform have been removed and replaced with 9mm Burmese teak, not the quick turn farmed teak which tends to be soft. During this time, the two deck cranes have new motors, dyneema lines and have been fully refurbished. Notwithstanding this there have been lots of electrical items replaced and all systems checked and put back into working order, including 15 new batteries and two battery chargers. Engines and generator have been fully serviced and new Strong shaft seals fitted. 50 meters of new anchor chain calibrated and stainless bow protectors. Boat location: Wanssum / The Netherlands This VAT paid  April 2000 delivered Riva 70 Dolce Vita comes fully packed with exceptional options for an even more exceptional price and in good condition. Many upgrades after purchase by her second owner. This just is a spectacular yacht and most likely the only example sailing the Dutch waters. Due to her location she benefits of having rare extra’s as a completely new (2020) Kabola HR central water heating system that has been seamless integrated with her full air-conditioning system. Furthermore a large Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 inverter/charger combination with digital remote control. This last option enables you to limit the shore power to any desired value. Once you have foot on deck you instantly sense the quality and feeling only a brand like Riva can produce. In 2020 a new Waeco fridge has been installed for the comfort of her permanent crew.   Owners cabin: The owners cabin has been refitted with new alcantara headliners just weeks ago and for her king size bed a special mattress was produced. Beautiful lighted lockers are found throughout the master and a very comfortable make up table is integrated. En suite a very large head with all facilities as shower compartment, wash basin, toilet and bidet are found with the last two beautiful hidden under a grp Riva design lid. Corridor: In between Master and guest cabin the central connecting corridor is placed and also functions as super large storage for appliances as for example a vacuum cleaner and other householding items.   Guest cabins: On both port and starboard there are two ample sized guest cabins, both with own en-suite heads and identical facilities as the Dolce Vita’s Master head. Optionally the guest cabin twin berth layout can be changed to a double or even two double guest cabins. The boat was built in 2007 and launched in 2008. She has had two owners who have done cruises and regattas in the Mediterranean. It is a versatile boat which is very maneuverable and comfortable for cruising for 6 and very efficient in regattas with a crew of 10-11 people. Capella is a privately owned classic lined motor yacht built in Gdansk in Poland. She was launched in 2001, and has had only one owner. She has never been used for charter work. From Gdansk she was immediately transferred to Mallorca, where she has been lying ever since. She has been maintained by her current captain since her arrival in Mallorca. There has been an unlimited budget made available for the maintenance routine which has been religiously adhered to every winter.
