La Divisione ICT di Orienta ricerca per importante realtà francese operante nel settore della cosmetica un/una: IT PROJECT MANAGER La risorsa, che riporterà all'Head of IT, dovrà occuparsi di: - gestire i sistemi IT di sede, di infrastruttura, di negozio e assicurarne il corretto funzionamento; - assicurare l'efficace realizzazione dei progetti assegnati, partendo dall'idealizzazione sino alla gestione post-implementazione; - attività di Project Management: analisi requisiti dal business e definizione dello sviluppo del progetto, relazione con i differenti attori coinvolti, gestione della fase di test e delivery del progetto; - controllo dei sistemi ERP, di Business Intelligence, del sistema POS e di ogni altra soluzione IT in uso; - organizzazione e gestione del ciclo di vita dei prodotti e delle soluzioni IT; - monitoring degli SLA dei fornitori IT ed intraprendere eventuali azioni correttive affinché venga garantito un adeguato livello di servizio; - monitoring e gestione delle licenze software in uso. La risorsa, inoltre, sarà a capo del team IT per garantire la collaborazione nella gestione delle attività e dei progetti. E' richiesta esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT (sistemi POS, ERP e Business Intelligence) e di infrastruttura Microsoft (Active Directory, Office, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, SQL Server). Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato una pregressa esperienza di circa 3 anni in ruolo analogo, ha conseguito una Laurea o Diploma in Informatica ed è in possesso di una buona competenza in lingua inglese. Completano il profilo spiccate doti di problem solving, attenzione al dettaglio, attitudine al team working e alle relazioni interpersonali.
