This role is responsible for the management of Production and Materials Planning, Inventory Control and Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Warehouse Operations and Logistics. Il nostro progetto (CRA - Centro Ristorazione Autonomo) consiste in una nuova forma di ristorazione. In esso, il membro / cliente è data una quota in un modo diretto per il ristorante, però, escludendo pulisce. Quale è la noia causata maggiore da un pasto? Sicuramente la fase di pulizia dopo il pasto stesso. Quello che presentiamo è così strutturato: 1) dispensa a cui il socio può accedere direttamente con un cestino/carrello dove ci sono tutti i prodotti di qualità. Da essa il cliente sceglie il prodotto direttamente da cucinare e consumare all'interno del CRA; 2) un lavoratore (modello supermercato), attraverso cui il cliente dovrà pagare quanto scelto nel punto 1); 3) per ogni gruppo di clienti affidiamo una cucina indipendente attrezzata per la preparazione dei piatti con l'ausilio di un ricettario che può essere consultato anche prima della fase 1). In questa fase si ha a disposizione tutti gli strumnti e gli utensili da cucina; 4)tavolo separato e indipendente per ogni cliente già attrezzato per la consumazione del pasto preparato al punto 3); 5) cameriere per la fase di pulizia di piatti sporchi e del tavolo su richiesta diretta del cliente; 6) la possibilità di trasferimento di cibo da un tavolo all'altro, aumentando così il livello di coinvolgimento e di relazione interpersonale all'interno del CRA; Il CRA poi, oltre a proporre lo schema sopra descritto, si impegna a cercare di creare una soluzione coinvolgente diversa che permette di organizzare cene divertenti tra amici, anche se non si dispone di una casa e di aumentare le relazioni interpersonali. I prodotti saranno interamente di qualità, di filiera corta, sia in termini di alimenti che bevande e il cliente sarà messo nelle condizioni di imparare e sperimentare molti nuove ricette, senza preoccuparsi di pulizia e spendere molto meno di qualsiasi altro tipo di ristorazione. Le sue responsabilità saranno: •Gestione supporto degli applicativi in ambito Finance anche attraverso il supporto di provider esterni e della Direzione IT, al fine di garantire la massima funzionalità e continuità degli operativi di seguito elencati e di eventuali nuovi applicativi che saranno utilizzati in ambito Finance: 1.SAP 2.FINAGE 3.SYNERGY – passivo – attivo – reclami 4.NSC1 5.NOTILUS 6.SISTEMI PERIFERICI •Supporto alla gestione e al coordinamento di progetti inerenti agli applicativi gestiti o a nuove iniziative •Supporto al disegno e revisione dei processi Finance in ottica di  efficientamento degli stessi per il continuo miglioramento dei KPI   Competenze Siamo alla ricerca di persone multitasking, in grado di autogestirsi (call, riunioni e relazioni anche in inglese), dotate di problem solving e doti analitiche. Si richiede conoscenza di SAP FI-CO-MM, Digitalizzazione di processi, Share Point, ambito finance/controlling. Sarà considerato un plus la certificazione Project management. La Divisione ICT di Orienta ricerca per importante realtà francese operante nel settore della cosmetica un/una: IT PROJECT MANAGER La risorsa, che riporterà all'Head of IT, dovrà occuparsi di: - gestire i sistemi IT di sede, di infrastruttura, di negozio e assicurarne il corretto funzionamento; - assicurare l'efficace realizzazione dei progetti assegnati, partendo dall'idealizzazione sino alla gestione post-implementazione; - attività di Project Management: analisi requisiti dal business e definizione dello sviluppo del progetto, relazione con i differenti attori coinvolti, gestione della fase di test e delivery del progetto; - controllo dei sistemi ERP, di Business Intelligence, del sistema POS e di ogni altra soluzione IT in uso; - organizzazione e gestione del ciclo di vita dei prodotti e delle soluzioni IT; - monitoring degli SLA dei fornitori IT ed intraprendere eventuali azioni correttive affinché venga garantito un adeguato livello di servizio; - monitoring e gestione delle licenze software in uso. La risorsa, inoltre, sarà a capo del team IT per garantire la collaborazione nella gestione delle attività e dei progetti. E' richiesta esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT (sistemi POS, ERP e Business Intelligence) e di infrastruttura Microsoft (Active Directory, Office, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, SQL Server). Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato una pregressa esperienza di circa 3 anni in ruolo analogo, ha conseguito una Laurea o Diploma in Informatica ed è in possesso di una buona competenza in lingua inglese. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Client Management 1. Build and sustain strong relationships with all company’s department. 1. Work as a liaison between the client’s design agencies and other client’s representatives, build a relationship with leading contacts. 2. Establish and maintain a strong client relationship. Act as a point of contact for client personnel assigned to project within your control. 3. Keep abreast of trends in the retail market and how they may affect the client. Be commercially aware and responsive to client needs. 4. Attend client and supplier tours as required. Assist the Account Director with mock-up and bid phases for all technical aspect. 5. Be able to troubleshoot issues and keep the client updated on any corrective action. Project Management 1. Own and be responsible for ensuring that all projects are managed in a professional manner. 2. Work directly with clients to develop and define projects from the beginning through to project end, taking responsibility for their successful delivery. 3. Manage the delivery of projects, producing the required deliverables including budget, time constraints and quality requirements. Manage critical paths according to the clients’ launch schedule and knowledge of the internal production and the construction site 4. Implement and maintain Project Reports focusing on TIME/COST/QUALITY, Provide status report to Company / Client / Suppliers on a weekly basis, either 1:1 or via conference call. 5. Manage design for projects within your control, manage the approval process. 6. Advise and implement service supply appointments including tender selection and documentation etc. 7. Arrange and attend pre-production meetings with suppliers, client and production technician. Ensure any concerns are discussed. 8. Work with on-site site manager to ensure site production Information Management 1. Successfully communicate production issues to/from the company and work effectively with the on-site and production department. 2. Raise any issues whether client, production or team related, to the Account Director. Team Management 1. Be positive and calming influence in the team and ensure that team members maintain a professional attitude. 2. Assist the Director to mentor and train new team members. 3.
