The making of a masterpiece
The work of several artists absorbed by the spirit of their times are now and absolutely “as we speak” under construction to give you the one and only chance to obtain the masterpiece named “De Cesari 62 Da Vinci”
Combining the famous naval architect Giovanni Ceccarelli and Paolo De Cesari and you just know you have the best recipe for a head-turning creation. A pure quality yacht that stands far out from all the rest.
With this all new 62 Da Vinci the yard created a refined fly-bridge yacht with the looks of a sophisticated, classic sports fisher and even runabout with its long forward deck and flush mounted glass panels. It’s here where you find the praised flared bow that ensures fabulous lifting capacity in heavy seas.
When you expect the best, you are rewarded with the best.
Now is there a downside? Well actually there is, only one is under construction and only one will be built.
Giovanni’s perfect layout
We all like “ensuite”, we all like privacy and the Da Vinci provides you the luxurious triple cabins, triple ensuites and separated crew layout.
The design features the lobster tail and widebody bow for her accommodation.
Nowadays you won’t find any centre line placed engines anymore, all modern yachts are sailing with the naval architecture nightmare designs with reversed engines just to allow a larger inner space. The downside of it is obvious and reason for Ceccarelli not to go with the flow.
With the all new De Cesari you have the advantage of a proper centreline design.
Master cabin
The master cabin stretches an impressive 5 metres in width from port to starboard, beautiful designed fully integrated storage is to be found in every inch the master carpenter could find. Large storage for clothing and linen is also one of the standards.
The stunning part of this double is her fully separated ensuite shower opposite of the head with bidet, toilet and integrated sink. The wet is in this setup fully separated from the head that stays dry no matter what.
Guest cabins
On both sides of the 3 metre long -via glass hatches- top lighted corridor you find the guest cabins, in her standard setup drawn as two twins but if you prefer one twin and one double just say so.
Both cabins benefit of their own bathrooms with also bidet, toilet and sinks. When I do the math we have a true gentleman’s yacht with three showers, three toilets, three bidets. …and then of course I did not even mention the cockpit shower, nor her crew cabin with own facilities…
Also here Paolo’s carpenters created true pieces of pleasure to stay during the night or whenever you want to have privacy in luxury.
Mega yacht style
Just as on board of mega yachts the dining table is a free walk around with a minimum of eight chairs, it is on board of the 62 Da Vinci where you find the same setting and atmosphere. Upon entering from her cockpit the salon is an oasis of space and opposite of the earlier mentioned dining the design allows a very large C-shaped sofa to relax or watch tv that is found hidden inside the dresser behind the dining. The 50 incher pops up at the touch of a button whilst the sound is second to none designed by a famous Dutch surround sound engineer.
Talking about sound now it is for sure nice to mention since I know De Cesari…
‘Sound is kept in the engine room and out of the cockpit by the insulation that a De Cesari is known for.’
Galley
The galley is found on starboard and benefits of the U-shaped setup for maximum space. Gentle lifted on a platform fully integrated in her salon it is the galley that lets you do whatever is done in a gally but then with a view towards every angle. A composite worktop, full sized dishwasher, 4 zone induction HOB, microwave, grill, oven and double house-sized sinks provide the cook with all appliances he or she could wish for. It is De Cesari that can deliver a yacht with functionality in this open space designed yacht.
Inner helm
Opposite of the galley there is a twin seat helm station with a full panorama glass in front. It is here where you find very comfortable cruising when the conditions don’t allow you to use the fly bridge.
Two massive Raymarine Axiom Pro’s feed you with all requested information, flip the touch screens to any installable app and you can even use them for your entertainment or info displays that shows you the fully integrated Victron power systems.
Fully integrated as well is the Raymarine HD broadband radar and the forward looking sonar that allows you not only to see where to bottom it is, but also what bottom you have down below.
Steering by remote, the gyro sensor autopilot compensates roll and the rudder angle of attack so digging into the menu after changing speed is something from the past.
Systems as anchor chain counters, wash down plants, searchlights, speedometers etcetera are all standards.
As expected a well-controlled power steering system comes a standard too.
Cockpit
Stepping into the cockpit you are surrounded with a massive bulwark of around 40 centimetres and the deck measures 12 millimetres of thickness. Again totally different to modern yachts where a teak deck will last for only about 3 years.
On starboard there’s a wetbar with sink, refrigerator, icemaker and stainless grill.
On the aft the cockpit door opens to allow free entry to the hydraulic up and down platform, very well suitable for a heavy dinghy or just to make swimming a true feast. The size of the platform is simply up to you as custom built is a standard with De Cesari.
Fly bridge
Finally a designer that understands how a good fly needs to be built. Fully open aft to ensure stern visibility for easy docking and a U-shaped settee in front of the helmsman for interaction with family and guests. Of course also here Ceccarelli designed a wet bar for comfort.
All instruments are doubled towards the fly and there is also an option to store a dinghy on top if desired. If it was me that could afford a yacht like this I would choose the option for super large sun pads here instead of a dinghy. A five plus metre bimini keeps the sun to your choice and once down it reaches the outer lines of the open aft fly deck. Da Vinci himself couldn’t have drawn it better!
Built in the Adriatic by the finest Italian craftsmen that one by one just love their jobs.
a De Cesari is 100 percent pure, 100 percent custom built for the happy few that not only can afford a De Cesari but moreover can enjoy the breath-taking beauty that she just is.
All in all a yacht that deserves a viewing. The final design and technical specifications are up to your choice. The master carpenters, Giovanni Ceccarelli himself and we will certainly guide you through the process of owning a true De Cesari masterpiece from A to Z.

MOLITA - now MARIGAN was designed as a fast cruiser and her undoubted appeal inspired her current owner to rescue her. In so doing he has not just breathed new life into her. Every aspect is impressive - his aim to sail the Classic Circuit with family and friends on a boat without weakness in her structure which includes a solid teak deck.MARIGAN is therefore no delicate 120 year old museum piece but a true vintage yacht to be sailed hard as originally intended.Having bought and rescued her the decision was taken to have her rebuilt with the aim she last another 100 years - and certainly even stronger than originally. Having now been fully restored and reconverted to her original gaff rig; she is in splendid condition. Launched under her new name MARIGAN – in honor of her present owner’s four daughters Morgan, Marine, Ocean and Logan in 2006, she has already won the Spanish championship for vintage yachts in both 2009 and 2010.

“COLUMBUS OF LYMINGTON embodies the timeless elegance of a classic gentleman yacht, designed by J.F.H. Roger. With over 30 years of cherished ownership, her second owner spared no expense in enhancing her features. This magnificent vessel now boasts a schooner rig and an upgraded auxiliary engine – a powerful Volvo 72 hp engine with sail drive – allowing for graceful sailing. Additionally, her original TWIN CATERPILLAR D343 diesel engines ensure smooth cruising at a comfortable speed of 12 knots, with a maximum speed of 14 knots. Notable improvements include a 2.5m hull extension, now measuring an impressive 26m, as well as the addition of a bulb to minimize pitching when under engine power. Remote steering controls and a luxurious jacuzzi on the fore deck are just a few more of the remarkable upgrades that make her truly exceptional.” The current owner has diligently enhanced her with contemporary amenities, while preserving her timeless charm. This exquisite yacht can comfortably accommodate 7 guests in 3 luxurious double cabins, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, there are 2 crew cabins to ensure exceptional service throughout your voyage. Launched in 1972, features a robust all-steel construction for both its hull and superstructure. Equipped with two powerful Caterpillar D343 engines, each producing 375 horsepower, the yacht boasts impressive performance. These engines are seamlessly coupled with twin disc gearboxes of the M.G 514 type, complemented by three-bladed variable pitch propellers for enhanced manoeuvrability. Additionally, the vessel is equipped with a Volvo D2-75 auxiliary engine, featuring a sail drive 150sr and a convenient folding propeller (located in the lazaret). The estimated fuel consumption using the main engines is approximately 60 litres per hour at a speed of 10 knots, including the generator. However, if you use the sail drive and generator, the fuel consumption drops significantly to less than 8 litres per hour at a speed of 4 knots, particularly in calm conditions. The vessel is equipped with Vosper maxi fin stabilisers, powered by both engines, ensuring excellent stability. Additionally, a Pflueger hydraulic bow thruster, powered by the port engine, enables precise manoeuvring. For enhanced control, there is a power take off for the steering and variable pitch propellers on the port engine. To ensure redundancy, backup electrical motors are available for both the variable pitch and steering systems. The hydraulic electric anchor windlass boasts two anchors, each with 100m of chain, providing secure and reliable anchoring capabilities. To meet the onboard power requirements, two generators are installed. The engine room houses a Gb'&'M 17.5kva 3-phase generator with approximately 3,800 hours of operation. Additionally, a Betamarine 13kva 3-phase generator, with approximately 1,300 hours of operation, is mounted in the lazaret

Steel Motorsailer yachts used to be popular vessels for world sailors until the 70s. The arrival of production yachts in the 60s and the explosion of the charter industry in the following years changed the public perception of yachting.
Today only a few builders offer customized options at a premium price.
Iolair Mara is a unique yacht built-in CA in the late sixties. Her ¼ inch steel hull, her tri keels design, her 5’6”’ draft, and her 3000 nm range under power will sail expeditions all around the globe or entertain charter clients in the Bahamas, HI, or Alaska.
In 1998 she was hauled out for a $ 2.5 M retrofit that was 60 % completed in 2005.

The actual owner got her out of the yard in 2012, completed the 40% remaining refit to get her to her original glory.
She was lucky to have found John. It has been a perfect match for both of them. John loves a strong, well-powered world cruiser. He is now proud to offer this showcase vessel for a portion of the price it would cost to build her today.

RIVAL 41 C ‘TEXION’The Rival 41C was designed by Peter Brett and built by the Southern Boatbuilding Company (Southampton, UK) to the highest quality and safety standards, Lloyds 100A1 class. The sail area versus displacement ratio suggests that the Rivel 41C will, in the right conditions, readily approach her maximum hull speed and satisfy the sailing performance expectations of cruising sailors. The ballast versus displacement ratio means that the Rival 41C will stand up well to her canvas in a blow, helping her to power through the waves. A displacement vs length ratio tells us the Rival 41C is a heavy displacement cruising boat, you can load her down with all your cruising gear and equipment, and it will hardly affect the waterline. The comfort ratio of the Rival 41C in a seaway is excellent. Her motion through the waves is slow and predictable. The heeling is such that the decks stay dry, except for some splash water in caseof heavy seas. The capsize screening formula tells us that the Rival 41C is very safe for ocean passage sailing. The keel is incorporated in the S shaped bottom hull, which is a very safe design. To the owner’s experience, the best sailing performance of a Rival 41C is close to the wind, approx. 30°. In a blow of 7 Beaufort, with a reef in the main sail, she ploughs through the waves at the speed of 7,5 knots. Half-wind and downwind sailing with a backstay wind is very comfortable, with good speed and easy steering. Cruising downwind at 180°, she needs at least 10 knots of apparent wind to keep the course steady with the wind vane. Sailingdownwind in very light airs requires some attention, but the Code Zero sail will keep the yacht moving. It is the owner’s experience that a few degrees off course steering in this particular condition makes passage-making comfortable and easy. The present owner, for 28 years, made passages of more than 200 miles per day in a force 8-9, with speeds through the water between 6-11 knots in big waves. The steering remained very easy by hand, using the electronic autopilot or the wind vane. Despite high breaking waves, no water was coming on the deck, even not behind the aft cabin. She was not running off the rudder. There was no condition where the yacht couldn’t keep her course.Like a train on the tracks, the yacht remained on her rump line. The present owner bought the Rival 41C in 1995 from an English surgeon who maintained her meticulously. Since he acquired the yacht, he has made yearly investments in maintenance to the highest standards and upgrades: (1) new teak deck (2013), (2) new rigging and stow away mast (2013), (3) 220V generator, (4) complete set of Raymarine instruments and communication system, (5) all the electrics, wiring, switches and dashboard have been replaced, (6) a new Mitsubishi engine was installed in 2014 and again rebuilt in 2022, replacing all the gaskets and pumps, (7) an electric cooker was installed as well as (8) a 3-bladed feathering* VarioProp (9) a powerful bow thruster was installed and (10) new upholstery of the cushionsand seats.
Every winter season, the yacht has been placed out of the water on the hard. All the cushions, sails, and ropes have been stored in a dry room during winter. This Rival 41 c is now berthed in Antwerp - Belgium.
The Rival 41C Texion is very easy to sail; all the lines to manipulate the main sail and foresails are let to the cockpit. Unrolling and reducing sail area can therefore be done easily and safely. The Rival Texion sailed the Mediterranean, went around the UK, crossed the Atlantic Ocean, and sailed the last four years between the nine islands of the Azores. She was sailed back to Antwerp, without trouble from the Azores during summer 2024.The main remarkable aspects of the yacht are the safe cockpit, her beautiful shear lines, together with the quality of the gel coat of the rump, the cockpit and the deck without cracks. She looks great. When moored in a harbour, the yacht gets a lot of attention from sailors and people walking close by because of her immaculate state.

This Nautor's Swan 82 FD /"Grey Goose/" is the perfect combination of performance cruising, easy and safe boat handling with a shorthanded crew and blue water sailing capability. While mostly being used as a fast cruiser, Grey Goose can be easily converted to an aggressive Maxi Cruiser Racer and perform in any race, inshore and offshore. As the current owner is very competitive, he started to improve Grey Goose soon after participating in his first Transatlantic and Swan Maxi regattas. German Frers, the designer of the Swan 82, was tasked to design a new keel, which brought down the center of gravity, improved acceleration, pointing angles and slot keeping dramatically, balancing the boat perfectly in the water. A new rudder was fitted, and the hull was faired with long boards to have the perfect hydrodynamics. The rod rigging was replaced by Future Fibres PBO, standing rigging, which has been replaced by EC6standing rigging in 2012. In 2016 a new Hall Spars high modulus carbon fibre mast (same dimensions as her original mast) has been installed with four low profile spreaders, giving more strength and reducing weight by approx. another 350 kg. Increasing the righting moment significantly, the new mast has made a considerable improvement in upwind and overall performance. To improve safety and performance, the new mast was fitted with easy to operate halyard locks for all headsails and the Main. In September 2017 her mast was stepped down for the 5 year service of the EC6 rigging and fully serviced.
The sail wardrobe has been designed and developed in close cooperation between the North Lofts in Spain and the UK, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of the sailmakers sailing on board. Grey Goose is now a totally different boat, outperforming any other Swan 82 ever built. She demonstrates the real Swan DNA by accomplishing her missions in a perfect manner being comfortable, sea worthy and very fast. She has proven her outstanding performance in several racing events and in numerous family holidays cruises.
Grey Goose is undoubtedly in outstanding mint conditions. Although many upgrades were made to improve the performance, most of them enlarge the fun factor as well in cruising like less pitching, fast acceleration and direct steering.
At the end of the 2012 season, Grey Goose underwent a second extensive refit at Hinckley Yachts, Portsmouth, RI/USA. This included upgrading the standing rigging to Southern Spars EC6 continuous carbon rigging, painting the hull topsides and aft cockpit, upgrading to VSAT satellite communications, a new, fuel saving generator, as well as many other significant upgrades and improvements, including the interior, the audio- and entertainment and navigation systems. Grey Goose has been rigorously maintained by her owner to keep pace with the numerous technological advancements in luxury yacht construction since her launch. Outdated equipment has been replaced and only top of the line gear has been fitted. This gives her a modern, contemporary feel, comparable to the very latest generation of Swan yachts.
Grey Goose has always been maintained by a highly professional, experienced and dedicated crew, insuring that she was always ready to take her whenever the owner wanted to sail. Her safety equipment has been updated this season, new life rafts, have been bought. There are several EPIRBS on board as well as Personal EPIRBS and PLB’s for a full racing crew, as the owner never compromises on safety. The boat comes with a 40Ft Container with workshop and storage capacity, a matching 30ft Dariel Tender with 600HP Mercury outboard engines can be purchased separately.

Ex- steamship now in online auction. Anyone can bid until June 19, 2023
The UNION IV is an extraordinary boat with a rich history and unique features. At 136 years old, she is a unique sight on the water and ashore. This boat has had several functions during her long life.
Originally, the UNION IV was used as a steam turntable, equipped with a powerful 150 hp triple compound steam engine. Later she was converted to a turntable vessel with a crude oil glow head engine (ABC 60 hp) and then as a motor freighter on a fixed route with the same engine. In her next phase, she served as a motor freighter in free navigation, equipped with a 120 hp Moës diesel engine. Then the boat was transformed into a church ship sailing through Flanders, powered by a GM Detroit diesel engine of 165 hp. Finally, the UNION IV became a sailing monument, a combination living and working boat, powered by a 200-hp ABC 3MDX diesel engine.
The boat has a teardrop-built hull, making her very fast and easy to maneuver. Her sailing characteristics are remarkable, as she always starts without problems and sails smoothly. She listens well to the steering system and can sail in reverse almost as fast as forward. The vessel has little propeller action in reverse. In addition, the UNION IV has a very distinctive sound, which makes her extra recognizable. The vessel is beautifully finished with many ornate details, and the riveted mast tube with the hoisting mast and two booms always attracts many spectators.
One of the most memorable moments with the UNION IV is its restoration. With great pleasure the mast tube, mast, booms, the installation of the ABC engine and the new wheelhouse were restored. In addition, the events the boat sailed to have also been highlights. Sailing the boat to various events, surrounded by nice people and with everything on board, was a great experience. The boat always attracted a lot of interest and admiration. Today, the owner still enjoys life on board every day, in the midst of nature yet close to the city.
With the sale of the boat comes also the transferable permanent mooring with all amenities. This includes natural gas, electricity (380V, 3x25A), water, a sewage connection, an 18m² Azobe decking, a 120m² garden, a terrace and a luxury guest house. These additional amenities may affect the price of the boat.
The UNION IV is in very good condition and was last taken out of the water for maintenance in 2017.

When it comes to mass production super yachts, they don't come prettier than the Jeanneau 64 with her graceful lines and swan-like presence on the water. As if looks were not enough, she'll easily hold 12 kts all day under canvas but comfortably sleep up to 10 people.
Balladeer is a very special example of this popular yacht because her professional skipper has kept her in such pristine condition and both he and the owner have upgraded her spec with some very wise additions. Gone is the standard 100 l/hr watermaker upgrade and in its place is a commercial version, producing a hefty 400 l/hr - ensuring you can stay away from marinas for weeks at a time and still enjoy long daily showers for everyone on board. They've also had fitted a powerful WiFi system that will pick up signal up to 12 miles from shore. It has clearly been a dream partnership for them both because the owner had Jeanneau fit a brilliantly practical (and unique) owner's cabin and bespoke light wooden floor throughout during production. Together they have ensured that Balladeer is one of the finest 64's ever built...and now you, too, can benefit from all this expertise by becoming her new owner. Viewing at Gouvia Marina, only 10 minutes drive from Corfu Airport.

Italia (Tutte le città)
Madiz is one of a few yachts to have survived from the early 20th century, and arguably there is no other yacht of this size, age, and original standing remaining. Madiz was built in 1902 by Ailsa Shipbuilding in Troon, Scotland, and at 55.4m is the largest classic motor yacht currently listed for sale.
Madiz can also claim the title of the oldest vessel in operation to have Lloyd’s classification.
Originally commissioned by James Coates Jnr, from his friend and now legendary yacht designer G L. Watson, Madiz was intended as something of a mothership or support boat to Coates’ sizable schooner-rigged sailing yacht.
With the outbreak of World War I, Madiz was taken by the Royal Navy and she served in the Auxiliary Patrol Service. The vessel was returned to pleasure yachting in 1920 and passed through the hands of several British yachtsmen. But it was not long before she was again called to naval service.
Post-World War II, the yacht was acquired by the Hon. John North, second son of the 8th Earl of Guilford and with Madiz, he headed for the Mediterranean
In 1968, North decided to sell the yacht and she was laid up in Piraeus until she inspired Greek businessman Costas Keletsekis to become her owner. Keletsekis equipped Madiz with new engines and refitted the boat in 2003 to bring her back into class with Lloyds Register
40 years later, in 2010, Madiz was acquired by her current owners and has been lovingly cared for as an icon of classic yachting style. Whilst she has evolved somewhat over her incredible 120-year history, many original features remain
Today, this steel-hulled motor yacht is powered by two Mercedes 250Hp engines and has accommodation for 14 guests in seven cabins.
Madiz typically runs with a crew of 10 and is served by a 6m Riva Superflorida tender as well as a 6m classic launch.
