ACCOMMODATION The vessel has a total of 190 suites and cabins spread over four decks. Between Sun Deck and Bridge Deck, there are 44 suites with balconies measuring from 28 sq.m. to 34 sq.m, each. All suites are equipped with mirrored vanities and chairs, adequate drawer and hanging space, safes, mini-fridges, TV, telephones, bathrobes and hair dryers. She was completed in 2003 after being engineered and built by Breaux Baycraft Yachts, also known as Breaux Brothers Yachts, out of Loreauville, on the bayous of Louisiana. This is an extremely competent shipyard with a rich heritage of being a world leader, in the construction of crew and supply vessels, for the oil rigs of the US Gulf Coast.
Like all Breaux Baycraft Yachts, /"Come Monday/" is constructed from high-grade 5086 aluminum alloys, which deliver an incredibly strong and seaworthy hull and sturdy superstructure. But, don't let her rugged build quality fool you. She has all of the refined touches of a luxury motor yacht. The exterior yields large, safe walk-around decks, a teak cockpit and aft deck area, and ample outdoor entertaining areas with retractable sunshades. /"Come Monday/" benefits from a tremendously wide beam giving her the feel of a much larger yacht noticeable pretty much everywhere. Historic all-steel ship built in Germany in 1928 by the Schiffswerft Lindenau Memel b'&' Cie shipyard in Kiel. It was originally used as a ferry and for excursions on Lake Curi. Between 1955 and 1963 the ship was bought by the Italian shipowning company Felice Giuffre´, which used her to transport passengers from Puglia to the Tremiti, from Lignano to Venice, then to Giuffrè b'&' Lauro and connected the port of Naples to Capri, taking her current name of Faraglione. In 2013 the ship was purchased by Italia Shipping Management, which subjected her to a major restyling, leaving the livery unchanged, inserting new furnishings and installations and assigning her to exclusive chartering, events, small meetings and daily mini-cruises. Today the ship is under new ownership and in need of refitting. She is approved to carry over 300 passengers and has the possibility of becoming a grand restaurant for about 160 people surrounded by antique brasses and fine mahogany doors. Being a 53 m long and 7 m wide ship, it has great potential and there are many possibilities to diversify its use.

Launched in 2005, AZTECA presents in pristine condition thanks to a meticulous maintenance schedule and a 2023 refit. At 49.7 metres, this luxury superyacht squeezes a wide selection of amenities into her spacious interior volume of 497 GT—including space for 12 guests and a crew of 12.
The AZTECA yacht was designed inside and out by Michael Leach. Her weldedsteel hull encloses a few outdoor areas that are perfectly equipped for relaxation and entertainment at sea. It is widely documented that the first owner of Riva Aquarama # 3 was the Great Diva Sophia Loren, who became its owner in 1963, in fact it was delivered to her in Rome on March 11th 1963 by the Riva Boat Center of Fiumicino. In the Riva production, the first Aquarama was in 1962 the Tritone #214 ‘Lipicar’, consequently the list of Aquaramas starts from # 2. The # 2 and # 3 are the only ones that still have their sides in planks and are identical to those of the Tritone series of 1963, they are 8.02 m. long and 2.60 m. wide and the engines are two Chris-Craft mod. 283 with V8 cylinders of 185 HP. The Aq #3 has all the upholstery in light ivory vipla, as Sophia wanted it and exceptionally Ing. Riva agreed to produce (as paper available signed by Ing. Carlo Riva), unlike the other Aquaramas of the first series with upholstery in black and ivory vipla with orange profiles and mats. The Aq #3 ex Sophia Loren is visible by appointment on Lake Garda and available for sale, restored in the mid-90s and in 2007, is still preserved in good condition and well working, the engines are matching number. This work was undertaken professionally (to a very high standard) at Acorn Shipyard in Rochester, Kent.Subsequently, during the winter of 2006 / 2007 the original aft accommodation was completely removed and renewed.The original /"Green Book/" (Dutch Trading Book) is still onboard listing her name changes since build, including war-time commandeering, and record of cargo work.

“Grietje” is a wonderfully looked after original sailing Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1898 by DREWS HOOGEZAND as a working vessel, she is an originally riveted iron hull that has been fully over platted with 6mm steel. The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back to a WJ2 standard. She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 14 new anodes and finally coated with a 10 year 2pac epoxy International paint system meaning she does not need to be re slipped until 2031. The bilges have also been cleaned and resealed from the interior. She is sold with a complete 2021 boat survey (as well as survey/service history dating back to 2004) and also the option to take on the mooring at the Embankment Marina, Gravesend.
With a keenness to keep the original lines of such a beautiful vessel, the only detraction from the original specification of the build is the fully collapsible wheel house at the stern. Outside of this, the original rigging, sails, deck equipment, mast, lee boards are all accounted for and in working order. The deck coaming has also been raised slightly to allow generous head room in the living area, but not so much it detracts from the lines. She also comes fitted with a DAF 6 cylinder 195 HP engine that was serviced at the beginning of 2021 and was used to transport her from Gravesend to Hoo to be slipped and back again without missing a beat. The external topsides and coach roof have also benefited from full repaint recently so she is looking extremely pretty!
Internally, the barge has received a full renovation using proper insulation covered over with painted marine moisture resistant ply. Coming down from the wheel house you come into an area affectionally known as the skippers cabin that could be used as an utility space or a home office or children’s play room. A new bathroom with full height stand up shower is on your right as you move through the boat and a toilet with a heated seat! Moving further on, a fully renovated kitchen sold with all white goods including a washing machine, full size gas double oven and hobs, plenty of storage space leading into a wide open plan saloon living area. The saloon benefits from beautiful brass port holes and authentic brass skylights leaving the saloon area flooded with natural light. Forward of the mast step there is option of fitting in another bedroom before finally coming to the master cabin with has a built in queen size bed.
The barge is warmed by an oil based boiler that takes it’s feed from the fuel tank, and with 11 radiators in the system leaves the living space toasty warm even in the coldest winter months. It also benefits from a beautifully ornate log burner in the main saloon.
Grietje has been in our family since 2006, and took part in the 2012 Queen’s River Thames Pageant as one of the oldest boats on the river Thames. She has been very well looked after and cared for, and is ready to be moved onto straight away we look forward to passing over this fantastic piece of history.
