Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead international EPC projects for industrial plants' installation and revamping (Brown and Green Fields). If you have proven project management experience, a good technical background and passion, join our dynamic team and drive success worldwide! Responsibilities - Project initiation and planning (drafting/reviewing the baseline and management plan). - Management of the project team, Italian and international (other BUs). - Management of Construction (site) activities delegating to assigned site manager and team and erection suppliers/partners. - Risk and claims management. - Stakeholder management, as clients and key partners (Site Contractors and OEMs). - Monitoring and controlling all the Project Stages, ensuring the adherence to the project baseline (scope, schedule, costs, etc.) and compliance with project and company quality standards in both documentation and execution. - Regular project progress reporting, focusing on cost management (EAC) and project cash flow. - Project closure.
