Details: The 46.10m 2009 yacht NADAN from the Burger Boat Company is offered for sale and despite transporting all who set foot aboard her back to the Art Deco era, she is a thoroughly modern yacht. With naval architecture by Bruce King Yacht Design and interior design by Ken Freivokh Design, NADAN yacht draws admiring glances everywhere she goes thanks to her elegant blue hull and white and teak deck spaces. Inside, Ken Freivokh’s timeless interiors are reminiscent of the 1920s and include showstopping features such as Madrona Burl raised wall panels inlaid with Macassar ebony. The main salon with its curved leather sit-up bar with custom-built stainless-steel stools, large sofas, and separate dining area with Lalique glass doors, opens onto a veranda and is a beautiful backdrop to glamorous gatherings. There is a second salon in the new sky lounge, the result of an extensive 2019 refit, which comes with its own bathroom, large windows so guests need never miss a view, and beautiful detailing, including mahogany panels, tongue-and-groove panelling and teak and holly flooring. NADAN yacht can accommodate a total of nine guests across four cabins, including a main deck Owner’s suite, and a VIP suite, double cabin and a twin cabin on the lower deck. Trendy, aggressive and stylish - these are the attributes that best describe RMK Marine's new yacht concept. The Turkish shipyard, located in Tuzla/Istanbul, once again cooperates with Hot Lab from Milan, this time for the so-called RMK65. Previously, the two companies had already succesfully received a Neptune Award in 2014 and developed the RMK58 together. /"It can be said that the RMK65 is based on the RMK58,/" says Antonio Romano, one of Hot Lab's partners. /"We have, however, extended the forebody considerably, given the yacht a sportier look and a vertical bow. In addition, almost all the features that owners in this category simply expect today are integrated/". On the lower deck, the RMK65 accommodates two nine-meter long tenders in her garage and even five large jet skis in between. The tenders and toys are launched through hull openings and integrated cranes. Two reliable 3516B Caterpillar diesel engines are in service in the engine room behind the garage. Their combined output of almost 2250 kilowatts brings the displacement yacht to a maximum speed of 17 knots. Due to 150,000 litres of fuel and an efficient hull design, the RMK65 achieves a range of 6,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 14 knots. Solid teak decks, original Riva wooden table and foldable super sturdy polished Riva chairs can convert her cockpit to a dining for eight. Under the starboard cockpit seat is the entrance to a very fancy crew cabin with twin beds, a large shower, sink and own head. In 2020 a new Waeco fridge has been installed for the comfort of her permanent crew.   Owners cabin: The owners cabin has been refitted with new alcantara headliners just weeks ago and for her king size bed a special mattress was produced. Beautiful lighted lockers are found throughout the master and a very comfortable make up table is integrated. En suite a very large head with all facilities as shower compartment, wash basin, toilet and bidet are found with the last two beautiful hidden under a grp Riva design lid. Corridor: In between Master and guest cabin the central connecting corridor is placed and also functions as super large storage for appliances as for example a vacuum cleaner and other householding items.   Guest cabins: On both port and starboard there are two ample sized guest cabins, both with own en-suite heads and identical facilities as the Dolce Vita’s Master head. Optionally the guest cabin twin berth layout can be changed to a double or even two double guest cabins. Helm position: On starboard a very well equipped helm station gives you full control of this beautiful Riva, a very nice feature is the remote control that enables full control from wherever you are. Quad digital interfaces powers the MAN engines as well as bow and stern thrusters. Although the navigation systems are a little outdated the systems work fine and give you all information you need.
