Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Intern. Your responsibilities, in collaboration with your tutor, will be: - Contribute to the development of engaging activities related to projects such as, for example, Social Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, and Workplace Health Promotion - Support with recruitment processes, onboarding activities - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases - Provide general administrative support to the HR team - Create engaging content for the companys internal communication channels To be successful in this role youll need to have: - Degree in HR field, humanities or related fields - Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Passion for HR topics - Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are required - Fluent in Italian and English Nice to have: - Familiarity with HR software or tools - Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools What we offer: - Full – time internship with expense reimbursement - Benefits: Company canteen Workplace: Valbrembo (BG) We are committed to guarantee equal employment opportunities. BFP GROUP is looking for a Free Lance Health & Safety Engineer with experience of at least 2 years as HSE Supervisor on Solar and Wind Plants Requirements: – Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil/Environmental) – Experience in HSE supervisions and inspections of Solar and Wind Plants (at least 2 years) - Knowledge of Italian Health & Safety rules, procedures and national regulations – The knowledge of English language is considered a preferential requirement - Full availability for national travels to work on site during construction and/or operation - Proven possession of the following certifications: Health and Safety Training, Fire Prevention Course, Safety Coordinator for the Design and Execution of Works (CSP/CSE), PES and PAV Course. Main activities: - On Site inspections and supervisions to ensure that health and safety requirements and governmental legislation are respected - On site assistance to the HSEQ Manager - HSE training courses to ensure that workers are trained to perform their roles in complete safety and quality - Monitoring of equipment, ensuring that health and safety measures have been respected -Identification of potentially hazardous situations and measures to correct them - Development of programs and strategies that protect employees from workplace hazards - Verification of the regularity of site workers (regular employment contract, safety training, health suitability for the job, etc.); - If required, back-office support that oversees all administrative duties for a project construction site and technical support for checking the safety conditions of the works and the application of the provisions and requirements of the safety and coordination plan - Drafting and/or verification of the operational safety plan - Verification and support in the preparation of any missing documents; - Document Management, ensuring accuracy of data on documents and certificates.
