Il nostro cliente è Epta Refrigeration, azienda Italiana leader nella progettazione e produzione di sistemi di refrigerazione per la distribuzione organizzata, frigoriferi plug and play per il canale HORECA, più in generale in ambito commerciale. Solida cultura industriale, costante innovazione sui processi di industrializzazione, forza competitiva, presenza commerciale su mercati internazionali e copertura di numerose aree di business consentono a EPTA di essere sempre più Main Player globale nel suo settore di riferimento. Su questa base, per lo stabilimento di IARP, collocato a Casale Monferrato dedicato alla produzione di frigoriferi plug and play nasce il progetto aziendale Manifacturing & Industrialization Manager derivato dalla necessità di un ulteriore step di sviluppo del livello di industrializzazione. Per queste ragioni abbiamo ricevuto il mandato a ricercare il Manifacturing & Industrialization Manager La policy HR dellazienda non prevede turn over nelle risorse umane ed anche su questo fattore HR ha basato il suo successo negli anni. Nel caso specifico valuta attentamente anche candidature non residenti nellarea del Monferrato ma motivate ed interessate a trasferimento stabile. Il candidato, a diretto riporto del Direttore di Stabilimento, dovrà gestire un team di 8 persone (Industrializzazione e tempi e metodi) e occuparsi delle seguenti attività: - garantire alla produzione tutti i mezzi necessari; - definire ed implementare i flussi, i metodi e le nuove tecnologie di produzione per i nuovi prodotti; - definire e gestire i lay-out di fabbrica; - collaborare con lR&D per definire le migliori soluzioni di produzione; - definire e garantire i cicli di lavorazione del prodotto, e definire i bilanciamenti di produzione per il miglior utilizzo possibile delle risorse a disposizione; - implementare e gestire i KPI di monitoraggio produttivo. Il candidato, ambizioso e appassionato di tematiche di industrlizzazione, ha maturato fra i 4 ed i 6 anni come Industrialization Engineer e come Ingegnere di Tempi e Metodi, in aziende possibilmente del settore Bianco, e soprattutto su produzioni di larga scala. La risorsa possiede inoltre un forte orientamento al risultato e doti di leadership.. Sede di lavoro: Plant di Casale Monferrato. Contratto, inquadramento e retribuzione: Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati allesperienza maturata ed al potenziale espresso dalla risorsa. IN ogni caso è previsto un Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato. Requisiti: - Laurea in Ingegneria - 4/6 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo in aziende di produzione su larga scala preferibilmente settore Bianco. - Conoscenza delle metodologie LEAN / TOC - Conoscenza software di disegno tecnico - Conoscenza tecnica delle lavorazioni di Lamiera, Schiumatura e Processi di montaggio - Inglese fluente - Passione per le tematiche specifiche E gradita la conoscenza di SAP. Il candidato, a diretto riporto del Direttore delle Operations, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: * Gestire la pianificazione operativa delle risorse, in coordinamento con la funzione Programmazione, per garantire il rispetto dei requisiti di qualità e dei tempi di consegna. * Fornire supporto ai vari reparti nel coordinamento del personale, nell'ottimizzazione del ciclo produttivo e delle attrezzature impiegate e nella risoluzione delle criticità tecniche. * Garantire il rispetto dei requisiti imposti dalle procedure approvate dall'azienda in fatto di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, collaborando con l'RSPP nell'identificazione e nella valutazione dei rischi. * Garantire il rispetto delle procedure di Qualità in accordo al sistema di gestione vigente, collaborando con il Quality Manager nella gestione dei reclami e/o non conformità. * Monitorare lo stato di funzionamento degli impianti produttivi e delle attrezzature, richiedendo interventi di ripristino al verificarsi di problemi o malfunzionamenti. Particolare attenzione sarà richiesta nei confronti dei consumi energetici. * Gestire il personale di stabilimento curandone la formazione, la valutazione e lo sviluppo, in collaborazione con i vari responsabili di reparto e con la funzione risorse umane (HR). * Supportare la funzione HR in caso di assunzione di nuove figure professionali per i reparti gestiti. * Proporre soluzioni di miglioramento di processo e di impianto, in collaborazione con la funzione di Lean Management.
