Competenze Professionali:       Macchine e Processi tecnologici per la realizzazione industriale di assemblati elettronici e RF: (Wire bonding, Serigraphy, Vapor Phase, Laser welding; Welding, Assembling) Principi di realizzazione e caratteristiche tecnologiche di substrati, PCB, Circuiti Integrati e Ibridi, nel campo di applicazione di Elettronica digitale e Radio Frequenza: High Frequency circuit materials, Semiconductor Dies, PCB Multilayer, Mutli-chip Module (MCM), Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC).       Conoscenze linguistiche:       Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
