        Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship, NOSTALGIA first hit the water in 1985 and underwent a complete rebuild between 2020 and 2021. Today, she still bears the signature lines of a classic Feadship, with all new systems and a highly specced interior by NAVINCO LTD – Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. The extensive refit works were carried out at Atlas Yard in Perama, Greece, where NOSTALGIA was stripped to almost bare shell. The rebuild included an all-new interior, new machinery, electrical and technological systems, plumbing, teak decks, elevator and a new bridge. The stern was redesigned too with a new swim platform installed allowing guests easy access to the water. A modern-classic interior by accommodates up to 16 guests across seven staterooms for guests and an additional cabin for staff. Polished wood panelling is paired with a neutral palette for a refined look. Further accommodation sleeps up to nine crewmembers. Power comes from a pair of Caterpillar 3512C 1,400hp engines for a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 3,700 nm at 11 knots. There's plenty of exterior areas for guests to enjoy including vast aft deck seating with plush U-shaped sofas. Evening meals are best enjoyed al fresco on the bridge deck but on cooler evenings can be moved to the formal dining space on the main deck. Other highlights include a sundeck Jacuzzi with sunpads wrapped around the mast as well as a swim platform, acting as the perfect launchpad for her toybox chock full of goodies.

        A classic Princess 20 Metre from 2000. This boat was 15 years in its previous ownership and maintained to a very high standard. The interior is all original and shows little signs of wear and in extremely good condition. During 2018-2019 this vessel has been ashore and had the whole of the top side professionally repainted to an extremely high standard. The hull band is original and in extremely good condition, not needing painting or repair. The top side repairs were due to sun damage and overcleaning but now presents better that new. The teak side decks and platform have been removed and replaced with 9mm Burmese teak, not the quick turn farmed teak which tends to be soft. During this time, the two deck cranes have new motors, dyneema lines and have been fully refurbished. Notwithstanding this there have been lots of electrical items replaced and all systems checked and put back into working order, including 15 new batteries and two battery chargers. Engines and generator have been fully serviced and new Strong shaft seals fitted. 50 meters of new anchor chain calibrated and stainless bow protectors. On the outside the boat benefits from all new sunbrella upholstery to helm seats, bow cushions and flybridge seating. Not to mention a new Bimini and aft closing kit.  This vessel is in first class order and I believe the best 20 metre afloat today. It has all the cut glass, Villroy and Boch crockery and Princess cutlery, bedding for each cabin and matching quilt covers, plus all the other usual benefits of a boat in this class. Virtually turn key and ready to go for the season.   This is a very solid well built family cruiser, ready to go for a fraction of what it might cost today for a new equivalent. I believe that if you are genuinely looking for this sort of boat, the first to see would buy. There has been in excess of 150,000.00 euros spent on her in the last 18 months and it is being sold due to a change in circumstances. The asking price of £375,000.00 is a lot less than the boat owes me and the hassle and cost of the work undertaken must not be underestimated in time and lack of use of your vessel, which has now covered a mere 1050 hours.         Designed, built and maintained by the same owner from new, Clarissa is the fulfilment of a dream. The owner wanted to create a vessel in which to cruise the world and simultaneously provide an elegant and comfortable home for his family and all those onboard. The inspiration for Clarissa came from the owners many years of experience cruising worldwide and his healthy respect for the sea. Safety, seaworthiness and structural integrity were of the highest priority. The concept called for a ketch rig for ease of sail handling and the versatility of sail plans it allows,  a strong traditional construction and powerful twin Man diesels with tankage enough to cross the Atlantic, which indeed she has done. Inside we have a spacious deck saloon with generous window area, a second steering position, bar and sofa area. Ondeck is a choice of seating areas for good or bad weather, a well protected aft cockpit and helm station and large sunpads on both the coachroof and the foredeck.  Clarissa was constructed with Oak double framing reinforced with steel and then planked in 50mm Iroko. Only the best quality materials were used with the Iroko planks and Burma teak for the laid decks hand selected by the owner prior to it being purchased. The wood was then carefully dried and cut in Denmark before being shipped out to Turkey in a 40ft container. The yachts construction was completed in the traditional manner of the Turkish shipwrights and overseen by the both the owner and the Danish Marine Surveyor, Naval Architect and Yacht Designer, Arne Borghegn. All works were carried out to the satisfaction of the Danish Maritime Authority.  Although not built to Class, all dimensions on the hull including frames width and spacing, planking etc. are constructed to Lloyds dimensions for a Danish fishing vessel. Calculations for displacement, righting moment, general stability, mast placement etc were also carried out by Arne Borghegn. Sail plan, running and standng rigging were designed by a collaboration of Danish companies, Dansail for the sails, John Mast for mast and boom manufacture, Frederiksen for running rigging, car placement and again Arne Borghegn supervising all.  All stainless used for deck fittings, portlight frames, rig hardware was certified 316L and the interior wood certified Mahogany. The quality is well evident in the fantastic condition apparent today.... The owner has lavished smilar love and care on her maintenance, pulling her out of the water every year, completing a major refit in 2015, new Generators in 2017, new canvas and ice maker this year. Accommodations are for 8/10 guests in 4/5 cabins. The full beam master cabin aftmost and one crew cabin wih two bunks also aft which can also be used as a kids cabin. There is a further guest double aft to Port. Forward are two further double cabins. Crew accommodation is for 3/5 in two doubles forward and the aft cabin with bunks. All cabins are beautifully appointed with outstanding Mahogany panneling and joinery worked up and installed by the finest Turkish craftsmen. Each is served by individually controlled air conditioning and heating. All cabins are with ensuite bathrooms with separate heads and showers and also benefit from granite vanity tops and electric heads.

        Classic Alan Pape Williams Boatyard 73 Ft ketch moored in Valencia, Spain Classic design by Alan Pape, built 1977-90 - refitted in 2018 - of iroko and mahogany by the famous Williams Boatyard in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK. This top range SY represents 73 feet of pure elegany. Avrea is a classic ship built with excellent materials and a lot of workmanship. As a traditionally built wooden boat of high quality, her interior is warm in winter and cool in summer; she never has problems with damp or humidity. The building is carvel planked with 50mm Iroko on laminated 100mm Iroko frames every 300mm. The fastenings are copper rivets, and all other bolts are of stainless steel. The decks are 20mm marine ply with 20mm teak planking. The rest of the boat on deck and down below is solid Brazilian mahogany. Mast supports is galvanised steel. The keel is 8 tons of cast iron, the chain plates and all fixtures on deck are either stainless steel or bronze. Bow cabin with two beds in V-shape, followed by heads on starboard. There is a complete pantry in U-form on starboard and a cosy dinette in front of it. Further back is the enormous saloon with the main entry. The saloon has a gangway on starboard with two beds on top of each other which leads to the big owner cabin including en suite heads and a separate access to the cockpit. On mid-ship and port is the engine room with its working area. There is an invoice with V.A.T. paid on the bare hull from 1977.         Details: Today, the new ATLANTIC yacht carries on this extraordinary legacy, being a faithful and authentic reproduction of the original. Modern systems and equipment have been installed to satisfy the current regulations on safety at sea, communications, and various entertainment and comfort aspects of life on board. But looking at photos of the original ATLANTIC, and her current day namesake, it is hard to spot significant differences between the two. Beautifully clean decks reflect the yacht’s racing capability but also create the perfect place to enjoy both this vessel and the world around you. The teak laid deck is broken up by the various skylights that allow light to enter the rich and beautifully finished six cabin interior. The master cabin is worthy of the name with its mix of space, grandeur and an impressive en suite. A classical dining room is another feature, along with a salon that might provide the setting for world’s most atmospheric nightcap. Full crew quarters include an impressive galley. The ATLANTIC yacht set the record for the transatlantic crossing at 12 days, 4 hours and 1 minute. A mono-hull record that would stand for 100 years. The schooner was the quintessential cruiser/racer. She could do 17 knots on her steam engine of 400hp, weighing 30 tons including boiler, excluding fuel. Two generators provided for electricity. She had heating, refrigeration, and water heaters. The lobby was executed in marble and the interior was fitted out with the finest mahogany panelling. There were large and luxurious tiled bathrooms (with bath tub) and a large galley.

        The SACS S50 Indaco, currently for sale in Malta, is a 15.32-metre motor yacht with a 4.85-metre beam, built in 2010.
