Ricerchiamo un Service Engineers Coordinator a potenziamento del dipartimento Service. La risorsa, che risponderà al Project & Installation Manager, avrà la responsabilità di autorizzare, coordinare e monitorare gli interventi di installazione dei Service Engineers presso i cantieri, garantendo un puntuale orientamento al cliente. In particolare, si occuperà di: •Pianificare gli interventi di installazione •Organizzare la logistica delle trasferte del personale preposto alle installazioni (prenotare voli aerei A/R, assegnare veicoli e dotazioni aziendali; etc.) •Creare e gestire i KPI dei Service Engineers •Creare e gestire i KPI delle Installazioni relativi alla contabilità di cantiere. Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti: •Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, preferibilmente ad indirizzo Gestionale •Esperienza pregressa minima nel ruolo di 3-5 anni, maturata presso aziende del settore impiantistico •Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese •Dimestichezza col Pacchetto Office (in particolare, Excel) •Problem solving •Leadership •Flessibilità.
