Il candidato selezionto opererà all'interno della funzione Internal Auditing a diretto riporto del responsabile di funzione e si occuperà di verificare l'adeguatezza e l'effettiva operatività del sistema di controllo interno e della gestione dei rischi dei vari processi aziendali. A titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo le attività saranno le seguenti: - Predisposizione check list di controllo propedeutiche all'esecuzione delle verifiche; - Partecipazione agli interventi di audit, esecuzione di test e formalizzazione delle relative attività (e.g. interviste, test campionari, analisi dati etc); - Collaborazione alla stesura degli audit report e reportistica della funzione; - Svolgimento di attività di follow up e monitoraggio periodico; - Svolgimento di attività di consulenza a fronte di progetti speciali identificati. Profilo ideale del candidato - Formazione: Laurea in discipline Economiche, Giurisprudenza o Ingegneria Gestionale. - Preparazione professionale: è richiesta un'esperienza pregressa di 1-2 anni in posizioni analoghe presso aziende di medie/grandi dimensioni o presso società di revisione/ consulenza. Si richiede buona conoscenza di standard e metodologia di Internal audit e di analisi e controllo rischi. Conoscenza normativa su tematiche Anticorruzione e D.Lgs 231/01; - Conoscenze informatiche: uso professionale del pacchetto Office e gradita conoscenza del sistema SAP; - Conoscenze linguistiche: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; - Competenze: buona predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, al lavoro di gruppo e problem solving.
