Sales support settore automotive IG – Agenzia per il lavoro - Filiale di Bologna Ricerca per azienda cliente, settore assicurativo SALES SUPPORT Settore automotive I/Le candidati/e, ai quali sarà affidata un’area di competenza, gestiranno e coordineranno diverse agenzie di assicurazione supportando gli agenti nella vendita di servizi di noleggio auto. In particolare: Condivideranno con gli agenti il nuovo scenario, le caratteristiche dei prodotti e le modalità di ingaggio dei potenziali clienti; Definiranno il piano d’azione da sviluppare lungo il percorso; Comprenderanno l’utilizzo dei digital tool che accompagnano l’attività di vendita. Requisiti: Sarà requisito fondamentale l’aver maturato precedenti esperienze di vendita nel settore automotive, preferibilmente nei servizi di noleggio. Flessibilità e disponibilità a frequenti trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale. Ottime capacità relazionali volte a coordinare, affiancare e supportare i sales. Disponibilità ad essere inseriti in un percorso formativo dove verranno approfondite le tematiche specifiche del mondo rental e assicurativo.
