La risorsa risponderà allIT Manager e svolgerà in autonomia le proprie mansioni con lobiettivo di garantire supporto a tutto il personale della branch italiana, interfacciandosi alloccorrenza anche con la casa madre in UK. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Attività di help desk di 1° livello su applicativi e hardware utilizzati in azienda. Apertura di ticket di 2° livello presso la casa madre in UK. Supporto allAmministrazione in merito agli aspetti tecnici relativi alla fatturazione elettronica. Sviluppo e/o implementazione di report ad hoc su richiesta della Direzione. Supporto allIT Manager nellimplementazione di nuove soluzioni informatiche.
