The 30 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator and consists of a single room with kitchenette and living/sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, traditional oven and microwave. The sleeping area consists of a foldaway queen bed with wardrobe. The bathroom has a wc, bidet and shower box with chromotherapy lights. The apartment also has a balcony with washing machine and closet. Additional facilities available for the guests: split AC, fan, TV, WebPocket Wifi up to 100 gigabytes, desk, independent heating with boiler, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
