Position Mission La risorsa, inserita all'interno del dipartimento di Testing & Commissioning dei rotabili ferroviari, si occuperà della preparazione delle specifiche per la effettuazione dei test funzionali sugli impianti e sistemi elettrici di rotabile supportando attivamente il team operativo in campo e collaborando con il design engineering per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche funzionali emerse durante i test. La risorsa si occuperà inoltre di preparare il materiale per la formazione degli utenti finali del veicolo tenendo i relativi corsi di formazione teorici e pratici. Responsibilities - Redazione di specifiche per test funzionali di impianti e sistemi elettrici di rotabili ferroviari a partire dai requisiti tecnici e dalla relativa documentazione di progetto nonché dalla normativa applicabile; - Supporto in campo al team operativo durante il testing e commissioning dei veicoli ferroviari; - Troubleshoting in caso di anomalie con interfacciamento al design engineering ove necessario; - Preparazione del materiale per la formazione degli utenti finali del veicolo sugli argomenti di competenza; - Effettuazione dei corsi di formazione teorici e pratici all'utilizzo del veicolo per gli utenti finali; - Supporto al team manager per la stima budget ore e costi in fase di gara; - Redazione documentazione a supporto della certificazione di veicolo ove necessario. Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience - Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Elettrica preferibilmente con percorso Automazione; in alternativa Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria dell'Automazione o Ingegneria Elettronica con percorso Automazione. - Ottima conoscenza impianti elettrici di rotabile 24Vdc (Rolling Stock) e relativi impianti ausiliari (antincendio, antintrusione, intercom, telecomando, TCMS); - Ottima conoscenza impianti elettrici di distribuzione a 400/230Vac a bordo rotabile; - Ottima conoscenza sistemi di trazione elettrica dei rotabili; - Buona conoscenza impianti e sistemi meccanici di rotabile (HVAC, sistema frenante, impianto pneumatico, impianto oleodinamico/idrostatico, impianto idraulico, accoppiatore automatico) - Buona conoscenza sistemi di trazione diesel e relativi sistemi di trasmissione (meccanica, idrostatica, idrodinamica) dei rotabili; - Ottima conoscenza Lingua Inglese, preferibile periodo di formazione/stage all'estero; - Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Microsoft OFFICE 365; - Buona conoscenza strumentazione per test funzionali impianti elettrici (multimetro, analizzatore di rete, oscilloscopio, analizzatore di spettro, CAN Bus analyser, LAN analyser, Network analyser per sistemi a radiofrequenza, data logger); - Preferibile conoscenza di almeno un ambiente/linguaggio di programmazione PLC (es. SIEMENS, OMRON); - Preferibile conoscenza di almeno una piattaforma di gestione requisiti (es. Polarion di SIEMENS); - Preferibile conoscenza SPAC Automazione; - Attestazione PES/PAV; - Esperienza di almeno 4 anni in attività di testing & commissioning di veicoli ferroviari; - Disponibilità alla effettuazione di trasferte in Italia e all'estero.
