Deze ongelooflijke Hoek 68 /"El Pino/" is in een uitstekende staat gehouden door haar eigenaren. . Deze prachtige Camper & Nicholsons 70 Ketch is een Raymond Wall ontwerp en werd in 1977 te water gelaten als romp nr. 8. Na oplevering zeilde haar oorspronkelijke eigenaar haar naar de Seychellen en later naar het Caribisch gebied, waar ze in 1999 werd omgebouwd. Haar dubbele motoren werden later vervangen in 2004. Haar huidige eigenaar kocht haar in 2012 en stuurde haar naar Scarlino om te worden omgebouwd door Nautor Swan scheepswerf. Haar systemen en interieur werden geüpgraded. Spirit of Sangoma is een zeer goed onderhouden jacht met een solide basis in termen van zeewaardigheid en GRP constructie. Haar centrale cockpit, dubbele motoren en gebalanceerde ketch tuig maken haar een zeer veilig en comfortabel jacht voor alle weersomstandigheden. Malu’ is a rare  and excellent example of a vintage yacht in perfect conditions. She was designed by Sparkman& Stephens and built at the highest standards under the direct survey of the RINA director of Livorno harbor. After a life as cruiser racer Malu’ received the most accurate and respectfull restoration and she is better than ever. Sailing Malu’ is just like diving in the past and her elegant lines and details are highlighted by new rigging, new sails, new engine and systems, new closets and interior furniture and new tapestry.The hull was completely emptied to provide a general refit and to protect her from the risk of osmosis (she had no osmosis anyway) the hull was treated with epoxy resin. The restoration was surveyed by one of the best known Italian expert, and in our experience of hundreds classic yachts to offer to demanding customers we have been amazed reading his survey. Every analized matter and item on board is rated at the top. Survey available. Original drawings available.  ACCOMMODATIONS: Malù is a very comfortable boat with elegant and functional accommodations.  3 cabins one of which with double bed,saloon, one bathroom, galley,chart table. Sleeps 5 guests in the cabin and 2 in the saloon. Description:  From the entrance to the left a cabin with single, comfortable bunk and the wide chart table. On the right the L shaped galley. After the half bulkhead there is the saloon with L shaped settee on the left side and a lifting table.A wide settee/ bunk on the right. For sale is a Baltic 55 DP modified for exploration from 1989 GRYNING is hull #9 and as such, the last of the popular Baltic 55's built. GRYNING was expertly outfitted for short handed passage making when built. She has primarily been captain maintained and constantly upgraded.  In 2015 she was converted/upgraded for Polar Explrations and sailed into the most difficult weather conditions in the North Sea, Med and North Atlantic Ocean, without any issues. With her shoal draft wing keel and user friendly deck layout, she is a perfect world cruiser. Frans Maas 49 Motor Sailor /"Ulysse/" for sale Ulysse is a remarkable, strong ocean-going motor sailor built by the prestigious Dutch Frans Maas yard in Breskens, The Netherlands, and presented in very well-maintained condition throughout. This elegant gentleman’s yacht was custom built for her first and very experienced Belgian owner in 1965 and has been continuously skipper-maintained since. She underwent a major rebuilt at the Frans Maas yard from 1990 to 1996 including a re-shaped keel for improved performance, new coachroof and doghouse, complete interior refit, all new electric wiring, teak decks, new rigging, bowsprit and much more. The current (second) Belgian owner purchased Ulysse in 2011 and had her skipper-maintained as well since. Under his ownership various upgrades were done in 2012, 2018 and 2023 including a new Volvo Penta D3-150hp engine in 2018, Lewmar electric winches, new Raymarine instruments, various new sails in 2022/’23, stern thruster and more.
